Exactly like it pictured... Super soft to the touch... We use it to lay in front of the fire place and watch movies.. I have only a rug under it and a hardwood floor. It's good!

Product is well made but a little to thin for my taste. If you are looking to sleep on it, might want to buy something thicker so you don't feel the hard floor.

This product I waited for 3 weeks. When I received the futon it was like about useless. About comparable to half a sleeping bag. No padding and way over priced. I suggest you purchase a sleeping bag for your money and comfort.

Uncomfortable

Very comfortable, not completely queen size but fits perfect for our needs.

The thickness was not what I was expecting. I will have to modify it. I am using it for the floor so without additional padding the experience will not be comfortable. It is expensive given I have to modify it. It will probably be great as a topper on a bed.

It was thinner than I expected but it is relatively comfortable. If you're expecting 4 inches of plush futon heaven I would purchase elsewhere, but for the price this is a good buy. And the color is lovely, just as pictured or maybe ever so slightly darker.

First of all, pay attention at the tracking because you could need to pay international taxes sometimes, it happened to us but the seller solved it quickly and refund us the money. We used it for 5 nights when we had relatives visiting us, and it did the work well, first day it felt hard, you obviously feel the floor, but we got used to it, and at the end it was better that it seemed at the beginning. Now we use it with an added foam mattress topper and it's absolutely perfect even for more nights. Only the futon feels hard, but still being better than inflatable matresses, and this won't have a puncture!
