Non-Slip Grip Pads for High Heel Shoes, Boots and Sandals

I ordered these despite the negative reviews, they did not come with instructions or packaging, however I have dealt with self stick pads before..for best results wipe bottom of shoes with rubbing alcohol,cut pads to fit if necessary , use a heat gun or hot blow dryer... after peeling the backing off, hold in the palm of your hand sticky side up and blow dry to heat up the pads(approximately 1 to 2 minutes) carefully apply pads to shoe and press down while rubbing the edges, allow to cool completely. I found this procedure works the best and they will last a lot longer. I am very happy with my purchase!

These are a necessary item for high heel wearer. I put these on before I even wear a new pair. You know how when you're on marble flooring in your stilettos and you slide all over practically falling on your face? Well, these sole gripper pads will stop that. They give you traction. You can have confidence going down stairs, on slick services, even running. (I put these on all my shoes, but I find I need them the most with high heels)

I was really excited when I got these because I work in high heels, and the pair I bought recently have very slick bottoms. I took them out of the package and saw that they were very bumpy on the bottom, made of a rough material, so I thought they would work great to keep me from slipping in my shoes, but when I put them on, I slipped even worse! I'm bewildered. Utterly confused. They look like they would work great, but they do the opposite of what they are supposed to! I took them off and just scored the bottoms of the shoes with scissors in a criss-cross pattern. That worked better, but the shoes are still slippery. These grip pads, which turned out to be SLIP pads, were a waste of money.

have used these grip pads for many years to keep me from sliding/falling when some shoe surfaces are slippery.

its ok, I wore the first time with high heel booties, and it wasn't really slip proof, maybe it was the sizing or positioning I don't know, would not repurchase.

These were definitely a life saver for my dress sandals. I don't know why they don't manufacture the dress sandals and shoes with grip pads. Without them I would be slipping all over the place.

TOTAL waste of money!!!!! Threw them in the trash. I read the unfavorable reviews and decided to try it anyway. Would not stay on the shoes.

These Pads really work. I recommend these to everybody.
