I expected this to be a stain. It isn't, really, a stain. It is more like a lipstick that leaves a stain. The lipstick itself comes off on your coffee cup, your straw and your husband for at least an hour after you put it on. To get to the stain part, you have to scrub the lipstick part off. After that, it really does last a while.

First, a confession. I layer my lip color, rarely using only one product at a time. I bought this one to use on top of a long-wear matte lipstick and it is perfect. It is not as drying as a traditional liquid matte formula but does have some stain. It blends beautifully with other formulas, letting me add a pop of color and a hint of moisture. It would work very well on its own too but in my book doesn't qualify as a true stain. The sponge applicator is nice but be careful to aim properly as it is a little harder to control around the contour of the lips. Highly recommend!

I really like the shade. The sponge allowed for a more controlled application and soft edges. They are matte, and you can make them seem thick or sheer depending on how much you apply. They are not cakey, and don't dry out your lips. Only issue is I bought this thinking this is a "tint" as in it will last even after drinking or eating. It does last a few hours if you don't rub your lips too much, else it fades pretty quickly. A decent tint though, I'd say.

This feels good on your lips, not drying like most. Color lasted about 2/3 of the day. I’m just not thrilled with the color. Not rich like it shows in the photos.

Alright, let me first start off by saying I don't normally wear much makeup, especially lipstick; I normally can't find one that will stay throughout the day and not smudge half way across my face. Naturally, I was pretty skeptical, but there was a sale, so why not give it a shot? When I first tried it, it applied smoothly and pretty easily, so I was able to make sure it was even. At first it was kinda sticky and I didn't think I would be able to wear it all day, but after a few minutes and light dabbing, it dried, but didn't leave my lips feeling chapped. I'm honestly considering buying more 😛

The application of this lipstick goes on very smooth. You only need a little but if you want a more intense color, just add more. The one thing I don’t like is the taste of it when you accidentally lick your lips but I recommend this product.

I love this lippie. It's exactly what I wanted. It feels great, light and moist and leaves a nice tint when gone. Only four stars bc the color is orange. It is the smudged rose so wasn't expecting orange. I still love it and will be ordering more colors.
