Satisfy your sweet tooth with KetoLogic Erythritol, a sugar-free sweetener that looks and tastes like sugar with no unpleasant aftertaste. Erythritol is a naturally-occurring sugar alcohol derived from corn. It has 70% of the sweetness of sugar with no calories, and can be used in place of sugar for everything, even cooking and baking. Erythritol has been shown to not raise blood sugar or insulin levels, and does not cause tooth decay. In addition to being the best-tasting sugar alcohol, it is also the easiest to digest. RECOMMENDED USE: Use in place of sugar. Can be added to beverages (coffee, tea, smoothies), and used for cooking and baking.

Good because you can use it the same as sugar, so no strange measurement conversion or taste.
There is a caution when using this and that is stomach upset if you use too much, great for making teas, and unlike some sweeteners that degrade with high heat, you can bake with this. I like to use it over using honey on making corn muffins. I'd love to use with cake mixes, but they are already sweetened so it's not possible, and I don't want to make one from scratch. Price is more than sugar, but still a decent cost compared to most. Since it's one to one, you can fill your sugar bowl or use in recipes that call for similar quantities. It won't work with bread though, (an unfortunate experiment in futility) I make a lot of bread with my bread machine, and you need actual sugar to create a yeast rising reaction. This ended up making a 2 pound loaf of bread about 5 inches long, and really dense, it looked like a big hockey puck. Not for things that use yeast and half to rise, but baked goods that use baking power or soda, are workable. Not much after taste, and once you get used to it you'll not detect any. I drank 3 cups of red rooibos tea with it, and used two spoonful's for each cup. I ended up getting some stomach rumbles from that for a few hours, so I don't recommend over using. Recommended for light use.

Not quite as sweet as sugar & leaves no aftertaste.
This KetoLogic Erythritol looks just like sugar. It’s sweet but doesn’t leave an aftertaste. I got it because I’m Keto. It doesn’t dissolve like sugar does. I melted coconut oil in the microwave then stirred the sweetener in. I went ahead & made the rest of my recipe & the erythritol didn’t dissolve. I waited quite some time but it still remained grainy. It also thickened up instead of remaining liquid & was still grainy.I thought maybe it was because I didn’t add it while melting the oil so tried butter next. I mixed the two then microwaved it until the butter melted, about 30 seconds. I noticed the longer I left it alone, it became a little less grainy but never did completely dissolve. It also thickened up after a while. As it thickened, that cooling feeling was pronounced. I like that the sweet taste didn’t leave an aftertaste or make my teeth feel like they needed brushing immediately after indulging. It altered the taste a bit & I found it off-putting. I can’t put my finger on what I didn’t like, I think the taste was different.Ketologic erythritol can be used in place of sugar but with only 70% of the sweetness. It doesn’t raise blood sugar or insulin levels & won’t cause tooth decay or upset stomach. It’s a sugar alcohol that’s derived from corn but because it’s zero net carbs it’s safe to use for Keto. There’s no calories & it’s also non-glycemic, gluten-free, non-GMO, paleo-friendly & vegan. It’s also low GI which means it has a GI of 55 or less so carbohydrates are more slowly digested, absorbed and metabolised and cause a lower and slower rise in blood glucose.I would like it better if it would act like sugar when wet & dissolve. I can handle the graininess in my food but wouldn’t want to serve it to someone. That’s the reason I deducted stars. I can mix it with monk fruit or stevia to add a little more sweetness & stop it from thickening up what I put it in. I like how safe it is in so many areas so will try to find other recipes I can use it in.

Surprised by the Negative Reviews...
I'm kind of perplexed by the negative reviews. I have been using erythritol for several years now with great results and this brand tastes, looks and even feels exactly like it supposed to, compared to many other numerous brands I have used in the past. It is made with 100% erythritol. If you are used to using this alternative sweetener, you know how it differs from regular table sugar. It leaves somewhat of a strange aftertaste in your mouth, called the "cooling sensation." If you are unfamiliar with it, the best I can say to describe it is that it feels like you have eaten something slightly cold. This is just typical of all erythritol. It is something you should probably know before going into it so you can be prepared. That being said, this is just as good as other erythritol I have used. The only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars is because I do feel like it is slightly overpriced.

OK sweetener
This is a nice standard erythritol granulated sugar substitute. The "keto" packaging is basically irrelevant, it's a common sweetener that can be bought under many brand names. Splenda packages theirs 50/50 with monkfruit to make up for erythritol's lower-than-sugar sweetness, a formulation I prefer, not least because, despite the claims on this product's packaging, erythritol does sometimes lead to gut discomfort and bad digestion for me. (It's still a lot better than most sugar alcohols, like the awful sickening maltitol, but it's not totally free of GI side effects. I prefer allulose.) Buyers should shop around for the best price per ounce, but if this is offered at a competitive price, and if you like erythritol specifically, then it's a fine choice for an artificial sweetener.
