I’m 56, female, and I’ve been struggling to drop 25 pounds for a few years. Keto, Mediterranean, intermittent fasting, etc and exercise didn’t work. GREAT PRODUCT! DEFINITELY WORKS!
Great product. I lost 20 pounds on this in about 3 months (with diet and exercise). It is strong and I feel like you really need to get the exercise in to not feel sick. Drink plenty of water! There were days I had to force myself to eat, but overall, it definitely works if you can handle the side effects.

This works very well as a thermogenic and energy supplement. You can feel it working with the increase in body heat and energy. Makes you sweat without really trying. Good dose of caffeine without being too high on the mgs.
