I bought two of these locks last summer and I've been using them since then and I've been very happy with them as they look super cool and worked just fine and I thought that they're well worth their price compared to other locks available. Since I only used the combinations that I set them up with to open them, I haven't realized until recently, that one of them actually opened with ANY combination. I set mine up with a 6 digit code, but then I had realized that any code, 4 digits or more, actually opened the lock, just the same and I had been living with an entry door that could've been opened with any combination by anyone, for almost a year. When I noticed this, I had started to use an additional mechanic lock to keep my door safe which kind of defeats the purpose of having the keyless digital lock in the first place. Since the return window on this lock had already closed, I contacted the seller about my issue. They sent me instructions on how to reset it, which I did and since then my lock works perfectly. The reset can be done only from the inside, so it's safe. I wish I had known this a while ago, but eventually the issue got fixed and I'm happy with my lock again. I still recommend it and still think that this is one of the coolest looking lock which well worth it's price.

I gave this 4 stars for the sellers, but 3 stars for the product. The lock does not work if the temp real hot, 90 degrees outside (if uses as an exterior lock). I must give the company who sells it props, for standing behind their product. Why? After installing the lock for 1 year, I decided to now install the batteries. Only to find that the electronic features did not work. I contacted the company, and they send me a replacement. The replacement also failed a few days later. Then I notice it only works when the weather was cooler.

We have two of these. The only problem we had was that if a little one gets out they cannot get back in. Easy to install. Easy to change the code and can have multiple codes. Works great

Don't waste your money. The instructions for the installation are perfectly fine and getting it into a door took about 15 minutes worth of time. The actual programming instructions are horrendous. First off they make you create Programming Code.. Then you have to use the programming code to create a user code.. sounds fine.. Here's the deal. you can unlock the door with either the programming code or the user code. Oh and they call this security.. if your User Code is 1234 and you enter 879612345678# the door unlocks because in that stream of numbers you entered the actual code. They call that code privacy I call that a major security vulnerability.. So thats strike 1. Strike 2 is a big one.. I've created 3 user codes along with a programming code, only reason I have 3 codes is because i can't delete any of them.. they give you instructions to delete but none of the instructions work.. And lastly Strike 3.. with 3 codes on this door you would think its locked up and no one can enter.. My 7 year old son who is fascinated by this lock came over and pushed 8888# and guess what the door unlocked.. yup so it doesn't matter that i put a bunch of codes on here any 4 numbers + # unlocks the door. I was shocked he opened it so issued what he did to open it. I started to play around with it and any 4 numbers that I pushed opened the door.. Whats the point of a security pad locked door if none of the codes actually work. I sent multiple messages to the company none of which have been returned. I will be taking this thing out of my door and putting it back in the box and returning it. I would look elsewhere and not buy this.

Straight forward and very easy installation and programming. Quality, easy to place screws (hear that Z*llow). Programming too was easy (still there Z) the only thing here is that you can stick with the default codes whereas I think a they should be forced to be changed on installation. Took me 10 minutes start to finish as compared to a couple hours and a lot of swearing with the Z* model's tiny screws and flimsy mounting plate. This model allows exiting a room without unlocking from the inside which is the main reason the other is going back after all that work.

Door stopped working, internal segment broke, no customer service reply to fix. Metal is cheap/light. Also digital code box worked but sometimes was touchy and selected numbers adjacent to selected code numbers, but that was only a small inconvenience. If product didn't break it would have gotten 4 stars, loss of star due to code pad.

Wish I had found this lock before buying 5 other types of keyless door locks I have. This one is the best. Great price, easy install and really nice quality. Complete install and programming was 5-10 minutes. I’m very happy with this lock and would highly recommend it.

It’s as easy as putting a new door handle on. Works great ! I don’t have to struggle to find my keys. Lights up easy to see the numbers . Very good product .

Si funciona perfectamente

Llevo una semana usándola y todo súper bien. Yo no la instalé, me ayudó mi hermano y terminó como en 20-30 min. Se nos complicó un poco eliminar los números que trae por default porque no se escucha tanto el sonido de las teclas, pero es cuestión de acostumbrarse a los tiempos. Me encantó.

My customer very like it

This is exactly what I was looking for! I used this on the door into my garage. I wanted to keep my younger kids out since I had toxic liquids stored in there. I had a locked door set on, but it meant that if I locked it I would have to remember to bring the key every time I went into the garage and I am in and out of the garage many many times. This door lock is perfect since it automatically locks when I close the door and is easy to unlock using the key pad. I was a bit confused about the "anti-peek" feature but it just works. If I think someone is watching I just randomly enter a bunch of numbers and then in the middle of that random sequence, enter my real four digit code followed by some more random numbers. Once done, hit the # key and the thing unlocks! I love this. Way easier to install than some people have said and programming is a snap!
