The media could not be loaded. After more than 30 days of usage i need to say that oziva did an fantastic job interms of health did good greens with most greens including in it. You can just go blindly to see the results. My results i do have a better digestion process and seriously i can't describe i just feel very good to breathe,sleep and is very good for my lifestyle diet.and is a very good detox greens having alkalising green blend, digestion blend and more. Packaging is very good flavour is lil sour type and thickness is the way you want

I have been using for 20 days , my bloating is same .. moreover it is asked to drink probiotics tablet with food which is to be dissolved in 200 ml water.. as per Ayurveda drinking water with food is not good for digestion.. I don’t know if tablet makes any difference to 200 ml water which is a lot with, or immediately before or after food

The product can cause diarrhea or as an India might say loose motion ,if you use to much ,it's packed with greens and herbs but you will go to bathroom after time ,this is good by cleaning out your inside and get the junk out it helps your body respond better to general life ,,I can't say really very true things l,I can't say what it's done for me I can't offer my opinion they won't post it 😂 it's good if you wanna clean out and get greens in you

If you can swallow triphala churna(amla powder)then you can easily swallow oziva herbs and green.i liked it's simple flavour,waiting for the results as well,I take it alternate days in the morning on empty stomach,so that I don't become habitual of it.RDA(regular daily allowance) I think can be increased if I am not wrong so that the ingredients present will benefit more and nutrients value will increase, received in good condition and with intact seal.
