I bit shorter than I expected, about 0. ...

I bit shorter than I expected, about 0.5mm, and 1mm shorter than my previous nut. I would have preferred it to be a bit taller so that if it was too tall I could file it down. Instead I improvised and added some notecard paper underneath to boost it up to a correct height.
