This is a downside of how Amazon shows reviews. Because you can select varieties other than the vanilla on the same page, it also shows reviews of the other varieties as well. It can be very confusing sometimes.

Scald the pot, put one heaping teaspoon per cup, plus "one for the pot". Pour boiling water over, cover and wait three minutes.

I noticed that I started losing weight faster after I started drinking 1.5 litres of green tea a day. Note that I was already consuming a deficit of 500 calories per day (that's 500 kcal less than what’s required to maintain my current weight), but the green tea helped me lose weight faster despite increased frequency of stress binging during the 2nd lockdown. So far it seems quite effective as a weight loss supplement to a healthy diet, though not a solution in itself.
