The Ultimate in Shoe Insoles.
I have flat feet and ran 12 miles per day for 17 years. So, foot problems were common; and I visited my foot doctor often. Every year, I got new orthopedic inserts. He had to glue a cushion on the plastic. This product was the same stuff that he used. The man cut it to shape and glued the creation on my black graphite orthopedic inserts..I have retired from running in 2011, and my foot doctor gave up his practice. For these reasons, I was forced to make my own insoles. So, I ordered a sheet of Langer Biomechanics..The material is very high quality and durable - my previous lasted five years . The cushioning feels very luxurious. The top layer is smooth. As a result, my feet slides into the shoe with little effort..A sheet of this material makes six pairs of insoles or $7.17 per set. This is cheaper than Dr. Schol's Sports Series, that starts at $15. Not only overpriced, but they are defective. The top fabric de-laminates after two months. As a result, it is impossible to slide one's feet into the shoes.

Perfect for rebuilding custom arch supports
The company that rebuilds my custom arch supports went out of business. I did the research to find the correct materials to do it myself. You will need this product, nylon Canvas, and master contact cement. I can rebuild my supports 8 times with this amount. It cost $80 to have them rebuilt at the store and it cost me $100 for all of the materials to to do it 8 times. Savings of $540.

Not for sensitive feet. Or know before you "know".
I needed to cut insoles for boots as warmth and cushioning. I tried to stand on foam first and odor I had to treat out first too. Then, I cut and put in the boots. Next day I got cold sick. Why? Because wearing these insoles inside the boots with thick wool sock, and having two sided insoles with blue one sided, given my feet cooling affect inside the boots, plus painful experience walking on foam.
