Great Adapter
I got this to be able to attach my Seestar telescope to a camera tripod we had in the house and it works perfectly as advertised. The fit is tight and good. The rubber helps to dampen vibrations and keep the sides from slipping. It is a great product if you need the adapter.

What I was looking for
Bought this to use my Seestar telescope in equatorial mode. Has a gully to lay flat over the quick release tab on my tripod locking plate. Works great and seems of decent quality.

Solid. If this is what you need buy it without hesitating.
I have a few relatively good microphones and wanted to be able to have one on my desk. I have a few small "tripods" that would work, but they all had 1/4" screw mounts. The mics have your typical mic stand mount and also have 3/8" adapters for 3/8" screw mounts. I thought that if I got this 1/4"→3/8" adapter that would solve my problem... and it does. This adapter is solid. It weighs 63 grams and has a nice knurling on the ring for good grip for tightening and loosening. It fits the 3/8" mount as expected. I have no negatives and would recommend this adapter for those who need one.

Good quality, only rated 4 stars because female side is a little shallow. .30 cent washer solved my issue...

The Little Adapter That Could
Perfect! Converted my table-top, camera tripod to a table-top mic stand. Just screwed the adapter on and screwed the mic holder to the adapter. Very inexpensive.
