The media could not be loaded. A friend recommended this to me. She says it doesn’t put you to sleep at night, but it just calms those racing thoughts in your head. I just got it delivered. I’m very excited to try it. I did a couple squirts in my mouth under my tongue and it has this orange flavor Which it in itself is calming and delicious. Very easy to use comes in a glass container which I like and very easy to swallow.

Suggested use by my Naturopath, it’s a good product but the bottle sucks!!! Ordered several times from different websites before. This one from Amazon, I only received half the product, bottle leaked and it was wrapped well, even shrink wrapped and bubble wrapped too. My previous bottle that I got from the shelf of my practitioner became unscrewed in travel and leaked all as well and I even tightened it up knowing it was loose. I’m not even sure where all the caps are leaking if it’s the screw part because that seems to come loose or the pump part? The product is great but their bottle is horrible, maybe just use a dropper? Anyway, you can’t return on Amazon and I tried to get through on the Designs By Health phone line twice and couldn’t. I can’t find a place on designs by health website to make a complaint. It’s too expensive to buy again when you only receive half the product and the product is not contained. So, now I’m out the product and my money. Won’t order this product again though because of this ordeal.

This stuff has helped me SO much! I was having a hard time sleeping after being on a steroid, and I'm also going through a stressful part of life right now. I would wake in the middle of the night with a racing mind, or just have difficulty relaxing enough to fall asleep. This stuff has completely gotten rid of the racing thoughts! If I wake up in the middle of the night with them, I just take 2 squirts and this helps. It has a neutral taste, but tastes a little acidy.The first few times I used it, I got acid reflux from it and felt this weird warmness over my brain like my brain was swimming lol...It was an odd feeling, but figured it was my body adjusting to it.After about 3 nights, no more reflux and I didn't feel the sensation anymore. This has improved my sleep so much!

This product was recommended to me by an integrative health specialist to help me fall asleep and stay asleep. I was suspicious it was a farce because I’ve read about the limitations of supplemental GABA due to its inability to cross the blood brain barrier. That said, the product clearly does something because every time I have used it, I have perhaps fallen asleep a little easier but then wake up at 3:30am with my body confused about whether it’s time to get up for the day. This wouldn’t be a problem if it was genuinely sufficient rest and my body was waking up due to feeling well enough rested, but unfortunately I do actually need more sleep than that. I’ve started and stopped and started just to make sure I’m not seeing a random correlation, but it is clearly linked to nights I take this supplement. Too bad considering the price, because I’m unlikely to keep using it given the way it is messing up my sleep rhythms.

This product is great, BUT the screw top keeps backing off. This causes product to leak out if the bottle is on its side. I lost all my product because of this. Others report same. Designs for Health: you need to fix this!!

Love this product. Our chiropractor has adjusted the dose for our son. We do 1 pump a day and it helps so much

Been using this for quite a while, the product helps, but every bottle leaks!!! Have to wrap them with electrical tape to have them not leak in my purse.
