Permatex 2 oz. Orange Rubber Gasket Dressing and Flange Sealant, 2 Count, Fuel Resistant, Not Water Resistant

I'm building an airplane & you know how picky the FAA is ... so this (85420) is Aircraft Grade, so it works really well (I used it on all connections in the fuel system & so far, no leaks) ... didn't need a double pack, but now, I got a spare!!

I have no dislike on this product.. works great.

This is black rtv. It's made for high temp and is oil resistant. Lay it on thick and coat the whole gasket in it (yes, both sides) and then let it get tacky/rubbery over 20-30mins. After that gaskets are ready to use. Seals up leaks good and helps gaskets stay in place.

I needed something to hold up to gasoline when installing a vent in my miserable new generation gas. Pours great and looks to be holding up well.
