Airbrush RG-4SA Raptor Double Action Gravity Feed Airbrush

Got my first airbrush June 21st this year. One of those wonders that come with an air compressor and 3 airbrushes. Designed for the beginner. Right! Did not like the siphon brushes at all. The gravity fed dual action was a little better but could not do fine detail work. I upgraded to a Central Pneumatic from harbor freight. Hated it. My air compressor went down. So I said what the heck. Got a compressor with tank for airbrushes and this, the RAPTOR from Paasche.It was like going from impulse power to wrap fact 7.5!! Wish I would have gotten this brush at the start. But being a novice and seeing how all air brushes look alike, I made a fatal mistake. I wasted my money! The Raptor lets me get a fine as a frog's hair! I use the .25mm and .38 mm nozzles the most. Love it! The .66 nozzle is great for large areas but not for smaller detail work. Glad I have it if I ever decide to paint my house or something........ Paasche has a great reputation, and it is easy to see why, they make great air brushes!! You can not go wrong here. Get one of the best and don't mess with the rest!!

I really like the airbrush, I was just disappointed it was not gold in color like it is shown in the photo. It does say Chrome plated in the info, the photo should be changed.

Used the Raptor for the first time recently. Results were phenomenal. Very smooth control. Very even spraying. I can now round file my other cheap airbrushes. As the saying goes "you get what you pay for". I have two styles of Paasche brushes now. Both the Talon and now the Raptor. I also have found them very easy to clean. I had a question for Paasche. Can the needles from both of these brushes be interchanged. I got an immediate response, yes! So their support is on the money as well. I airbrush plastic military models achieving high quality results.

This airbrush sucks. Way bad. Don’t buy it. Impossible to keep clean. And clogs instantly. Mostly it won’t atomize the paint properly. I am currently in the process of returning mine. Don’t waste your time. Even if you are a beginner you are better off with an Iwata. Don’t spend less than 200$ if you want it to even work. This airbrush didn’t even let me apply any paint in a manner that was consistent. Terrible product.

I had used Tamiya, H&S, Badger airbrushes.... they're all very good. One of the issue as beginner is learning how to properly maintain the aibrush. In that regards, Tamiya higher end model use 'liquid nozzle' where the 0.2, 0.18 nozzle is extremely small and fragile. They're just too easily broken or lost while cleaning them. I had to buy couple of nozzles for $30+ each which is just too expensive.This Rapton or Talon airbrush use nozzle size that are way more durable. I've way less issues with them. Not only that, you could buy a set of nozzle, needle and cap for about $20-$30 so I like that a lot.One slight issue I've is the needle couldn't unload from the front. You have to pull it out from the back. The front unload is more ideal because you wouldn't want to paint stuck somewhere in the middle of the airbrush.

I received my airbrush and was excited to get working with it. Upon opening the plain white box the airbrush and one of the needles were missing. I immediately sent it back, with no problems, and received and replacement. All the parts were there. I've enjoyed using the airbrush and it's everything Paasche claims that it is.

Feels good has some weight a plus for me,very smooth trigger

Feels perfect in the hand, easy to get those fine lines and details. The wide range of needle sizes make it very versatile and the cup ize make it perfect for color changes. Paasche is an American company with an airbrush for every job. The Raptor fits perfect with my Vision and Millennium and my next purchase, a Talon, giving me the right airbrush for the right job.

Un aerografo muy versátil para modelismo estatico, ya que se puede cambiar de puntilla de una muy delgada como es la 0.2 hasta una gruesa la 0.6 y una mediana 0.38.

Empiezo con la presentación.Para un producto tan caro, tener una caja asi es miserable, pero lo puedo entender...El producto desde el día uno no servia, una de las válvulas siempre regresaba aire a la copa, sin importar que tan fuerte se aprieta. Las otras dos estaban bien pero no sacaba la pintura, y cuando la sacaba la escupia cada 3-5 segundos. Hacia esto inclusive con agua y con medio.Realmente le di mucha chance, tu no se la des. No compres este aerografo.

Muy bien producto, todo bien, linea fina, recomendado

Este aerógrafo vino en una caja blanca sin la.imagen de la empresa passche le hizo falta la llave para quitar las boquillas,sale aire por el gatillo,no tiene por q salir y parece usado jamás m.avia pasado eso ya q tengo 3 aerografos marca passche,y por dentro del aerógrafo está sucio de pintura.

Muy mal aerógrafo, a sido el peor que he tenido hasta el momento ni siquiera puedo atomizar de manera efectiva el agua, una aguja llegó ligeramente doblada
