My microneedle kit arrived today, so I haven’t used it yet. I am a little concerned that I can’t seem to find replacement heads anywhere, so when the micro needles are no longer fit for use I will not be able to buy replacement heads, which seems pointless.

Giving 5 star to bring attention. 1 star reviews are hidden. These are blades! Not needles/pins. I just took all three apart and this is a disaster waiting to happen. Fitzpatrick 3 and above people, you may end up with hyper/hypopigmentation and scaring. Thank God, I didn’t use it. I had 2 brands sitting on a shelf forever cause was afraid to use and Angel Kiss is deffo blades. I have attached pictures.

I have to say, I’m loving using this.I’ve only used the main head as the smaller one is for around your eyes and other delicate areas and the larger one is for your body but it’s great. I do it twice a week for a few minutes each time. I make sure I’ve got plenty of serum on and keep reapplying it.There is no pain, just a mild sensation as it rolls over your skin. I clean the head before and after each use with an alcoholic spray.I’m a convert and have bought one for a friend as a gift, too.

The media could not be loaded. I'm new at microneedling and didn't want to break the bank up front. I just received my order and I love the packaging! I also really enjoy that it comes with a case to hold all of the attachments. This product is affordable and does a good job from acne to skin tightening. I think it's best to start gradually. I started with once a week, lighter pressure and less rolling. I'm at twice a week, more pressure and more time. It is attractive and has several optional roller heads. I find rolling my face really useful for reducing my wrinkles, old scars from acne and tightening my neck. The derma roller is fairly sharp compared to my old one, so I am careful about the pressure and frequency of use and I use a serum afterwards.
