while deciding whether or not to buy this product, I read every single review on this site. the biggest percentage of the reviews were either not good, or completely negative. I am happy to say I paid no attention to the negative reviews and went ahead and ordered this product. I have a 2003 GMC Sierra 3500 crew cab, and it absolutely fits perfect. the reviews about the speaker wires getting hit by people's feet, I cannot understand because when installed correctly the speaker wires are facing the rear? the only thing I can think is maybe the manufacturer has changed the design of the box because the speaker wire inserts are perfectly located. the manufacturer definitely used every single square inch available, while still having a snug fit. it sounds awesome. another thing is I assumed and I believe that there were several comments that they are down firing , they are not they are up firing. also someone said that the weight of a passenger would be mashing against the subwoofer, this too is untrue, the underside of the seat on this vehicle is empty so the only thing that is rubbing against the sub is carpet. I give this product 5 stars and will absolutely buy again. the box is definitely high quality and built with good materials and is very sturdy. I was impressed especially with the price being so cheap. if you have a similar vehicle to mine... you will not be disappointed.

The media could not be loaded. Doesn’t fit the 2007 Chevy crew cab. I’ve made modifications to my truck in hopes to get it to fit better but it’s still just not working. And once I do manage to close the seat, the box is set at an angle and won’t allow the other side to close. The seat that does go down has a piece of its metal frame that comes in contact with the ring on top on the hole. That means even if I manage to modify the truck to get the sub box to fit, I won’t be able to put a subwoofer in it because the seat will break it as soon as someone sits on it. So many things wrong, nothing going right.

Fits my 2006 Chevy 2500HD LBZ Duramax. Tight fit but seats close and subs have enough room. You will need to remove the jack under the passenger side seat.

The media could not be loaded. Okay box but doesn’t fit right. The line up between the ends to fit in between the seat brackets underneath isn’t good. Shoving it in and tweaking it to fit isn’t cool. The seats lay down right on top of the speakers so they sound ugly. I had to put some thick lags in the framing, where the latch to the seat clicks in place, to hold the seat up 2 inches so it wouldn’t sit right on the speaker. We’re gonna ask for a picture now. I didn’t say follow me.

I drive a 2004 Silverado 1500. The box did not fit my pickup. My only guess is that it was because it was not an HD truck, so I can’t give an honest review as to if it fits or not. It is advertised for HD trucks, but I didn’t think it would affect it much. When I tried putting it in one side would lock in to place, and the seats wouldn’t close. If I tried to force it shut the box would move diagonally, and wouldn’t allow the other side to shut. I’m sure with some extra modifications it could work, but in my opinion it isn’t worth the extra hassle. I do not recommend this box for trucks that aren’t Heavy Duty.

Fit perfect and sounds good! There was a little scratch on a corner but not a huge deal, works great for the price.

I read the reviews a I was skeptical. When it came in before trying to install speakers. I test for. I’m a mechanic by trade and this doesn’t fit. Thought about trying to cut the bars it’s hitting but the speaker height it to high to fit under the seat. This item should be removed from amazon.
