Just popped one in on my back porch, love how it looks. It's bright but not too bright and sets the perfect tone for Fall which is what I was going for. Just hope they last awhile, at least through the Fall.

I love the way these bulbs look in lanterns or fixtures both inside and out. They last long so a good value, are bright as a flame is bright, mimic real flame well, and don't seem to get hot. I buy them for halloween and Christmas decor. They have a plastic cover, not glass like a traditional bulb, so more durable.

The media could not be loaded. The flickering flames are bright and spot on. The ambient light emitted into the entryway from this bulb is pretty dim, but I wouldn't expect it to be much brighter. The flickering effect upon the walls is really cool. It's perfect for Halloween.

I deployed the bulb in a streetlamp post by our driveway. The bulb has a realistic gaslight effect. It should be noted that these lights are not particularly bright, so I would not recommend them for walkway illumination, but they are pleasing to look at. Passing drivers will not be blinded by these lights, but they are bright enough to be used as a navigation aid for evening guests and passerbys.They are lightweight, and the outer construction is a translucent plastic shell. They cannot be used with dimmer switches. They are working well with my Lutron smart switch.

Pretty cool lights, they have different settings and the candle setting is pretty neat. It’s a conversation piece.

The media could not be loaded. It will work for Halloween, but otherwise, the flickering is way too “heavy”. I had the bulb in a floor lamp by my living room window and I had to turn it off because I was worried my neighbor would see it and think my living room was on fire. It’s too bad there isn’t a way to make it flicker with less contrast. The flicker was more like someone was turning the bulb on and off really fast.

These are really cool and they work great either right side up or upside down. If your life is empty and boring like mine used to be, you will automatically be cool and happy when you buy these. Neighbors will probably come over with steaks and beer just to be around you.
