This lathers slightly making it easy to insure you get the soap rinsed off. It leaves my spotted white pup’s fur soft and lightly scented. Really cleans the dust off her white coat. She is a German shorthair with a spotted mostly white coat and as a hunting dog is not afraid of dirt! Love this product and we have had no skin reactions at all to shampoo.

I will start by saying that Biosilk makes great products and I use their 'Silk Therapy original' leave-in treatment almost daily on my own dry, coarse, and wavy hair. We are newer goldendoodle owners and have been searching for cleansing products since last fall when our little dude came home. It's been hard to find products that clean without stripping or drying. I saw a popular Instagram doodle account recommend this shampoo and since I already was a fan of the brand, trying this product for our doodle was a no-brainer. I ADORE the scent—it's light and floral without being overwhelming. It has a nice slip/silky feel and leaves a lovely scent on our boy's coat. It's gentle and doesn't seem to strip the moisture from his skin or fur. (I am also eager to try out the conditioner version with the shampoo, but am using up an existing bottle of another brand first.) I personally like to dilute it in a bottle with some water and squirt it directly on him so that it lathers evenly and rinses more readily. The ingredient list is short and full of familiar ingredients: Water, Milk Cleansing Agents, Silk Protein, Soy Protein, Milk Protein, Aloe Vera, Honey, Chamomile Extract, Vitamin E, Panthenol, & Frangrance. (That's the complete list!) This is a great product and I love that an awesome brand like Biosilk is thinking of our canine friends—I give it five stars. and highly recommend!

Cleaned the dog well and super soft, but didnt give her the fresh clean dog smell that I wanted.
