Verbatim media is my go-to printing media. When using Verbatim disc media, it will be rare you have a problem burning your disc. Most problems are related to the media burner itself due to being cheap and cheesy. Found in laptops for example supplied with built in burner.A portable $20-$40 burner that won't last these days like the old days are unreliable printing media and end up wasting media disc. So be sure you have a decent and reliable media burner before blaming the media you are burning to itself.You can rely on Verbatim and the ,aterials they use as I have for many years to get the job done.

Much thinner than a store bought CD not sure what your looking for but worked and played well with burner.

The sound recorded (up to nearly 80 minutes) is excellent, though I had one disc in the stack (so far) that would not record and which I had to discard. The only downside to these discs is that the reverse side (e.g., the side not recorded upon) has a rough texture that makes it difficult to write anything with a fine Sharpie pen; blunter ones write easily, but the material seems to rub off onto fine felt tips and clog them. Annoying, but surmountable.

This is my go-to brand when I need CD-Rs. Have used other brands where one or two CD-Rs fail to successfully write every so often. Never a problem with Verbatim.

I'd just realized that I have been ordering the wrong type of Verbatim black cd's for years while shopping on amazon, I utilizes various of print images on my cds. Now I know which ones to purchase/order and will continue to order more of these cd's in the future here on amazon.com!!

I use these for mp3 music files. I have only used a few so far. I have not had any problems with them.
