Very nice!
I am not a huge fan of the scent of these bars; however, I do like how they work. In the shower it feels like a regular bar of soap and at first I was afraid that it was going to leave my skin feeling dry and tight. This is the first soap product I've used that made me feel like I didn't even need to use lotion afterward! I've only used it a couple of times, and the acne on my back and shoulders looks better than usual, too. I'm crossing my fingers that it will only get better with continual use!

So much more than I expected
I used to use Dr. Bronner's bar soap, but then a budget crisis forced me to look at all ways to save money, and Dr. Bronner's is expensive, so it had to go. But, finding what soap to go TO was difficult. We wanted something natural. We tried Ivory, but I couldn't stand the smell, and it left a film on my body that came off on my clothes. Plus, though inexpensive, the bar was gone in a couple of weeks. I tried Dove Sensitive, but just didn't feel clean. However, at the same time, it felt harsh. Plus, I didn't like the lather. I was getting frustrated trying to find a good soap. There was no way I could handle the smells of the other soaps--Olay, Irish Spring, Dial, etc. Reaching the end of my rope, I saw this Tom's soap in Target one day, and it was much less expensive than Dr. Bronner's, but it was still more than the others. I decided to try it, but wasn't expecting much, especially since I knew Tom's had been sold to one of the big corporations (and I was sure they ruined the whole line by letting go of the principles and standards Tom and Kate had).Boy, was I surprised. This soap (Daily Moisture) is amazing. The lather is just right, and the smell is mild and pleasant. But the biggest plus is one I just recently realized. We started using this soap in the summer, and it felt great on my skin. Now that it is winter, however, I'm realizing that this is the first winter (of my life!) I do not have dry, cracked, and bleeding hands. And, the skin on my legs is not dry and flaky like it usually gets in winter. I have to attribute this to the soap, as nothing else has changed. Oh, and my husband loves this soap, too!I was so happy to find this soap on Amazon, because shortly after I originally bought it at Target, they raised the price to more than what a bar of Dr. Bronner's was! But, by then I could not give up this soap. So, we now get it on Amazon--delivered by subscription so it's even less expensive. I never want to be without this soap.

good soap!
I was looking for a soap for my dry skin. I don't use a liquid soap when I take a shower but almost all soaps make my bodydry and itchy, especially during the winter season. I'm happy now to find this soap. It's perfect for me, not too much moisuture but completely not too dry. This soap helped my itchy skin after showers. The only thing is the size of this soap. If it's a little bit bigger, it will really worth to buy continuously.

Happy, very happy with my new choice of soap!
Love the scent and the moisture effect. I am also pleased at the durability of the bar. So many moisturizing soaps become soft and seem to dissolve so quickly, this soap does not. I stopped using another popular beauty bar for that reason, it was gone or unusable due to the "mush" it would become even when on a soap holder that raises the bar up from the dish or shower ledge. My current soap cover, terry on one side and exfoliating fabric on the other needs replaced so I can't review how it would do in that type of use, but I am going to replace it today after I try to do a few reviews. Prime Pantry has overwhelmed me reviews needed and I don't get to all that I should.I will say I have had none of the negative review problems. Nor do I see anything in the ingredients that is not a by product of an ingredient or a true natural ingredient. I am happy I choose this soap, will continue to use.

Meh.
I used this soap many moons ago and liked it. Now I find it very drying and I'm not sure if that's because Tom's has been taken over by a big corporation? I bought a six bar package and will use what I have but wouldn't purchase again. I like 'Skin Trip' soap a lot, though it's more than double the price.

Wonderful, gentle soap
This is a wonderful soap, perfect for people with sensitive skin. I myself have aquagenic pruritus, which causes my skin to itch terribly after showers, and while this soap doesn't fix that, the olive oil does help to sooth my skin a bit. The bars are decently sized, and the smell is okay (though not incredible), and not too overpowering. Additionally, I've noticed that over the past few months, my skin has become a lot softer, and I have few body pimples and irritation, presumably from the lack of harsh ingredients in the soap.PROS:-Great lather-Subdued scent-Soft, clear skin-Calming and gentle-Lasts a good whileCONS:-Smell could be betterVERDICT:Buy this soap. Seriously. It's way better than most of the other stuff on the market, and while it is a bit of a personal preference, I'd wager that most people would fully enjoy this.

Look no further for a natural bar soap
Exactly what I'm looking for in a natural soap. It's gentle on the skin and has a mild and pleasant fragrance. I use it for showering and hand washing and even take bars with me when I travel. With this size package through Amazon it's affordable. There's so much attention to reducing chemical intake by eating organic but we tend not to think about chemicals absorbed through skin and hair products. Going natural on all of that stuff can be a pretty big undertaking of time doing research and expense but your everyday soap is an excellent place to start. Lastly one tip for use- this soap lathers well but I've noticed if it stays wet due to too much water collecting in a soap dish it doesn't lather as well.

This moisturizing bar has good suds and leaves skin clean and soft
This moisturizing bar has good suds and leaves skin clean and soft. It has a gentle scent that are not too flowery and too strong for both genders. Husband and I are in our middle age with normal skin type. Regular soap and body shampoo are no longer comfort our body as they simply leave our skin dry and tight. We ordered Tom's moisturizing bars after reading the positive reviews and now we are happy with them. We use it the way we use glycerine soap and believe this moisturizing bar will last quite a while. A 85g glycerine soap generally good about two months for a person.
