Wow! This worked better than I expected. Everyone thought my scars were real. I used makeup to enhance the scars to look like they were at different stages of healing, and I couldn’t stop staring at them myself. ** I have NO scars on my face. This is all from the scarring solution and applied makeup ** The pulling can restrict normal movement. I recommend either using it in areas that don’t bend or be prepared to have some slight restrictions. Mine was on my face so I had to be careful with facial expressions. Also, I used about 2/3 of the bottle to get the results in the pics. 10/10 would recommend. I did this for a Halloween shoot, and we did some serious hiking in the woods. I got a bit sweaty at times, but most of it stayed on my face. The close ups are the end of the day. Only slight pealing at the edges on some. Buy a removal solution. I didn’t, and it was hard to get off. I saw someone say it just peels off, but removing it that way irritated my skin. I used makeup remover wipes to help, but there was still a lot of pulling from the adhesive. The redness went away in a few hours, but my face was sensitive. Be smarter than me. Lol

This scar glue works really well and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It dries quickly, holds the skin securely, and feels comfortable once applied. I also like that it’s easy to use and doesn’t irritate my skin. The only downside is that it does not stay on longer than 5 hours.

This stuff is the best. Makes realistic scars so easy to create for costumes and sfx. I bought this for Halloween last year and put a scar on my face. As soon as I walked into work, my boss did a double take, thinking it was real. I haven't tried it for much else besides scars yet, but I want to use it to create the "mummy" effect used on Boris Karloff. It takes a little bit of patience as you will need to apply it in layers and wait for each layer to dry before applying the next. The more layers you apply, the deeper the scar effect will be. I used a hair dryer on "cool" to speed the process, so it didn't take that long to create a good looking 3D scar. For best results, you will want to have some makeup handy to provide color and blending into the skin, so you can create anything from a fresh, angry looking scar to something that has had some time to heal. There is an excellent instruction video on the Beautiful You channel on YouTube, and I'm sure many other channels as well. I've heard some people on YouTube say that the smell is bad, but I don't think it's as bad as they make it sound. Spirit glue and acetone smell worse, at least to me. It should last all day, and removes easily with soap and water. Actually, once it's dry, I am usually able to simply pull it off; I just scrape a little bit at the edge to lift it a little, and it pulls off, mostly in one piece. Otherwise, just wash your face with a washcloth, like you might any other day. Easy. Sadly, I do not have a good picture to share, but if you combine it with other sfx procedures, you will be able to create some amazing realistic effects!

Works amazing! Makes a deep line in your skin where you drag the liquid. Gets deeper with additional layers. Second time I’ve purchased. Lasts all night. Can put Halloween make-up over it.
