I didn't know there are different types of skim board. This one is not really meant for the beach/waves but that's where I use it anyways since I'm a beginner. It's much thinner than the fancy ones everyone else has, but I got it really cheap from Amazon warehouse so I'm not complaining.

My son and I have a blast with this thing. Living near a beach where the sand bar is in constant reformation allows for the perfect spot to skim. This board is great for me and my 10 year old as well.Highly likely at this point we will get another a little smaller for him to handle.Thanks for the great quality at a reasonable price.

I bought this for my tall 14 yr old that LOVES to skim board. It’s perfect and it was the best price by far! Fast delivery too.

This board is very nice but there is no plastic covering or anything on it when it was shipped to me. Since it is white it had a lot of markings on it and looks like it was used. I am giving it as a gift and it would look like I am giving a used gift. I am returning it and buying another hoping that it was just a mishap

I purchased this skimboard thinking for $100, the quality and sturdiness would be much better than the $20-30 boards I have purchased at surf shops and such. Those usually lasted me a couple months throughout the summer. Unfortunately, this was even less reliable and split open with the first 20 mins of using it. It is not one single piece of wood, but pieces glued together like the cheaper skimboards have purchased in the past. FYI, I am 5’ 6” and 130 lbs, well within the recommended size for the board. I am promptly returning through Amazon, but am now out the $30 traction pads I put on it unless amazon or the company chooses to refund that also. Would not attempt to purchase again knowing the construction of it.

Great board, 130lb person, boarded for hours. Added just a little wax and perfect. Much lighter than other boards half the price.

The board was delivered on time (before Christamas) and looked great! Cant wait to use it this summer!

Great board, got it after my victoria bit the dust. The base slides so far and fast compared to my old one. PEACE!!!
