Door is great... the lock is terrible.
Just installed a week ago and love the door. However, the deadbolt lock stopped working. Will not open up after locking. Am I able to get a new deadbolt lock for the door?Titan company sent us a new deadbolt lock. The new lock worked for six months. Now cannot unlock the door to exit the home.Titan please let me know what I can do to correct this issue. Thank you.
