Heat output is great but some of the logs spit and on the expensive side!
The heat output is great but the logs spit quite a lot and on the expensive side. I left the door on my wood burner open while I was putting a log in and the wood in the burner spit out a chip of wood. We didn't realise it straight away as the chip flew about 2 meters across the sitting room and left a big burn mark in the carpet, luckily it wasn't the sofa.

It was a good buy however the delivery was dissapointing. Driver left 2 huge boxes outside the building and they didnt even bother to ring the bell. Only by chance Neighbourgs mentioned in passing about bulk sitting outside gates. Not only once but twice in a day :all 4 boxes! Real bad

Quality is great, quantity is not what it states
I thought the wood burns very well and produces a good amount of heat. However the quantum 6 didn't fill the netting and I didn't receive the amount of wood I payed for.

Don’t buy this wood!
I have had a wood burner for many years and usually buy kiln dried wood locally. However, I’m currently incapacitated and unable to leave my home. As an Amazon customer for what seems like forever, I decided to buy this wood and have it delivered to my home. I bought two bags, WHAT A MISTAKE! Do not buy it, it’s a total rip off. This wood is not kiln dried! It is smaller than the average size sack of logs. The wood does not burn, it smokes, and remains solid. It’s a complete waste of money. I feel aggrieved that I have been ripped off with this product and am disappointed that Amazon are allowing charlatans to sell their sub standard good via their respectable selling forum. Trust me, this wood is a waste of money!

Never used logs before as just had a burner fitted. Really pleased with the logs, didn’t smoke, delivery was really quick

Not value for money
The logs were all dry and put out a reasonable amount of heat but not good value for money - more than three times the price of a bag of similar size from Aldis. I wouldn't buy again tho can't really grumble about the description - had I read iall the details I'd have realised how few logs you get.

High quality
They lasted much longer than the logs bought from shops. The wood quality was much higher as well. The amount in the net was definitely worth the price and it arrived earlier than stated

Il brûle correctement dans la cheminée mais les morceaux sont très petits . C'est très très très cher pour 10 morceaux de bois !!!!!!!!!
