- Made from pomegranate juice from concentrate.
- Over 50% of the ingredients (by weight) are pomegranate juice. The other ingredients are Organic Sugar, Glucose Syrup (contains Sulfites), Pectin, and Citric Acid. No food color, no flavoring. Pectin is the sole gelling agent and is a soluble fiber found in the peels of many fruits, including citrus fruits, apples, and berries.
- 3-month shelf life, no refrigeration required, store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight or other sources of heat.
- Intense flavors - be prepared for a pleasant surprise. Not coated in sugar. To coat the confections in sugar, simply toss them in a bowl of fine granulated sugar.
- Made by Maui-based artisans in small batches, using traditional French techniques.
