Great hot water bag. It heats quickly, stays warm for a long time, and feels safe and sturdy. Perfect for pain relief and cozy comfort. before it is very nice. Now a days I feel the temperature is not the same condition( It's been more than 3/4 months).

I voiced that I had an issue with the first delivery, and they immediately helped me find a solution and offered to send a new one. The product is soft, it’s easy to use, and you don’t have to keep refilling it because of the heat conducive material inside the bottle. So so worth it, and thank you again milkycat for my product and for your kindness!

Package arrive a day ahead of estimation so that is a plus. I bought the electric hot water bottle from Witery's on Amazon so I will compare this one with Witery's. My first impression is that Milkycat electric hot water has a better quality feel than Witery's. I like the fact that the cover is removable for easy washing AND it is extremely plush and soft. It has 2x more plush volume than Witery's.The second thing I like is that the hot water bottle bag itself seems very well made. The outer overing is silky AND water resistance. It is very easy to clean and I do not have to be afraid of being electrocuted. The material is more flexible and pliant, so I think this may be the reason. There is an actually brand label in Chinese that made this electric water bottle more legit. Maybe I have gotten the trick of filling the water, but it seems that it is slightly more easy to fill the water bottle than with Witery. A word of caution: you must not completely fill up the bottle. The recommended volume is 900ml to 1000ml. The reason is that as the water is heated, air inside will expand. If you fill beyond the recommended limit you are at the risk of exploding. I do not think the product will explode on its own. It is only if you misused it. I have only gotten it today. It took roughly about 20 minutes to heat it up. There is no water leakage anywhere. There is no weird smell at all so I think it is another good sign that this electric hot water bag is better in quality. I really hope that this one lasts longer than Witery's. I was very sad when mine died after a month of use. When I pour ed out the water, the water was yellow. When I saw this Milkycat one, I thought I would give it a try. I will try to update again if i have any problems after a month. * I am heating this the second time and it has been 2 hours. The water is not hot yet. This quite disappointing. **update #2 the seller was quick to respond. Apparently in all electronic hot water bags, there are iron powders in the bag to help conduct heat. If water is pour out from the bag, the iron powder is lost as well. The seller informed me that adding 2g of salt can work just as well as iron. I have taken his advice and the bag is heating up quickly now. I share this vital information because this is not posted anywhere on the website and there is no instructions when I receive the package.

It works good but take time to warm up and mine just gave me spark and the wire is broken now and bottle is useless it lasted about a year i belive overall its good .

What is a gift for my sister-in-law? She loves it and use it when she gets a little chilly.

I much prefer electric hot water bag than heating pad that needs to be connected to power all the time. It was a mess to fill in water though. Other than that, I'm quite happy with the temperature, and it stays warm for a long time. Let's see how long it could last, my last one (not this brand) died after 3 months. ----Update in 2024 I have been using it for 5 winters, and is still in great working condition and looks good too! Highly recommended.

This is the most difficult hot water bottle I’ve ever used. It took me half an hour just to fill it because the opening is extremely small. On top of that, the stopper design is ridiculous—it’s very hard to insert properly. Because of this, water keeps leaking out while trying to close it. I honestly don’t understand where the positive reviews are coming from. This feels like a poorly designed and defective product.

I've been searching for an electric hot water bag for a while, and finally found this one! Instant heating and do not have to bother with hot water fill in. Also the heat lasts longer than the microwavable heat pad. With the same functionality, this is the cheapest one I could find on the internet.

Very good stuff

It works very well and heats up quickly. I was hesitant to buy it because Canadian electricity is 110 watts and it can take a while to heat up but you can use it after about 10 minutes. I am completely satisfied and want to buy another one for my daughter.
