Great kit, everything you need. NOTE: the Pentair WhisperFlo Pump Seal Plate Gasket 357102 G-413 is not seen in this picture, but it is part of the kit. There is no need to purchase this item separately.

Get more life out of your pump
This kit was perfect for the Pentair WhisperFlo pool pump. The caskets were an exact fit, and stopped the leaks from my 10-year old pump, before they got bigger. It was easy to install after watching the "HowTo: Repair a Pentair WhisperFlo Pump" video on YouTube. Very fast delivery from "VMInnovations".

Pentair pump seal kit
The only problem was one I had been warned about by other reviewers. The seal plate gasket (more like an irregular shaped o-ring) in this kit is slightly smaller in diameter than the original and I was not sure if it would seal properly so I ordered a separate seal plate gasket and used that one. The one in this kit would probably have worked fine but I didn't want to chance a leak that would have meant removing the motor from the pump again to change this seal. If not for this issue, I would have awarded 5 stars since everything else was just fine. Pay very close attention to the removal and installation of the two-piece mechanical seal kit since mishandling or touching the sealing surfaces can ruin the seal. Do some research online before changing this seal to see how to do it properly.

Some items probable should not be purchased online if there is a chance of error
the product is very good. However, I needed a 3/4 shaft dia. not 5/8 inch. I should have removed the old seal before I ordered the part...……..Thank You...………..John

These are needed if you are just changing the motor ...
These are needed if you are just changing the motor and leaving the pump. There were 2 seals leftover, maybe for a different style of pump. Otherwise, everything was a spot on match.
