The media could not be loaded.  My dog usually is off leash and has amazing recall, never strays further than a few feet but I like her to have her freedom in public, this leash allows that! Since almost everywhere requires a leash (and you never know who/who’s dog is around) this leash is the perfect safety for my fur baby. I feel safe knowing she’s on a lead, others see the leash and feel safe, and she still has the ability to play and run without being tethered by 6ft. 26ft might’ve been overkill (I have a chihuahua lol) but she definitely enjoys every inch of it! The lead rope itself is much sturdier than other retractables I’ve purchased and doesn’t feel cheap by any means, it’s rated up to 110lbs so even my neighbors German Shepard could borrow the leash to go on trails!I do love how easy the locking feature is. Instead of having to fumble with the thumb toggle and pull back you simply push down and it’s locked! Much easier than other retractable leashes I’ve used. Definitely recommend!

I love this retractable leash because it is a thick ribbon and it is very long. The only thing I would change is the lock mechanism, I wish it was more standard. My puppy likes to have tantrums and chew on the leash and she has yet to make a dent in it, the ribbon is very sturdy.

****Skittish dog warning - this product was amazing. It did everything expected and we were so excited. Unfortunately we have a rescue dog and we don’t know his full story. He was coming out of his shell and gaining trust. All until this leash slipped from my hands at the beach. The recoil compartment became the scariest thing on earth and was “chasing” him down the beach. I feared it would have gotten entangled in brier bushes and I’d never find him. He ended up in a waste water facility and luckily someone was there to rescue him. All 27 feet of leash never to retract again. The casing was actually in great shape for having been dragged three miles on beach and pavement. The dog had open sores on all paws and he has regressed, but he is safe! Please be careful if you have a skittish dog!!

I guess this is a long term review. I had this leash for a little over two years and it’s still awesome. It’s been drop too many times to count, rained on, stepped on and everything in between. We’re definitely happy with it and will buy another one whenever this breaks.

I have a very active dog. She loves to run for the entire length of the leash length. My problem is that the retraction spring is not capable of retracting the ribbon leash as she runs so her legs get tangled up in it the prevention of which is the entire point of a retractable leash. I think the ribbon gets a little sideways and the spring just cannot handle it.A second issue is the little button for stop is to too small to hit easily in an emergency but depresses so easily that it goes into stop mode when I brush it against my coat. The release button is also small and requires a forward push motion which for some reason is not easy to do. I find myself struggling with this thing almost every time we walk.I will keep this leash as a backup and am purchasing a different one for daily use.

Absolutely love every feature of this leash! It's much more sturdy and higher quality than most of the other leashes we have purchased on here. It is truly 26 ft long, 360 degree swivel attachment, love the little bowl and trash bag holder too! I am so glad that I took the time to research each leash and read reviews and descriptions! I will update my review in a few months once we have had it longer but my husband and I can already tell it is waaaaaaaay better than the one we had before!

Love the whole kit..1. The leish is retractable and good quality also. Puppy pulls a lot on it and it still works as new. Retracts easy without any problem. The only issue is when the puppy twists it but you can fix it easy.2 the bowl is retractable, light weight. Great to carry along on long walks.3. The poop bags came in a small plastic bone shape container.

Item is not what was advertised.. My package arrived with missing item. Only the retractable leash was included in the pack . Dissapointed.
