Decent camera for the price. Does not record audio. The on board mic is only for triggering video recording when operating in that mode. The image is acceptable. The computer software for configuring the camera seems stable. The wide field of view makes it great for covering an entire room with a single camera, but not the best if longer shots are required, especially of person identification is important. The camera will easily corrupt the microSD card when stopping/starting recording. I have implemented the practice of formatting/erasing the card with my MacPro's disc utility software before each use. Operating the camera with confidence is a little tricky given the lack of visual status input. But you'll get it figured out.Bottom line: It's a decent camera for the price. You can get a better more solid product, but you will pay substantially more.

Someone had been going through my boss' office almost nightly and it wasn't showing up on our existing security equipment. I did some research and purchased the TILT. My boss is very particular and hard to please. The directions in the box were vague but online I found all the information I needed. We have used it for two weeks and he loves it. It has a great picture and the motion activation is working great. Phew! I am relieved.

Won't turn on even after formatting sd card 3 different times, resetting it twice via the reset button, updating firmware and charging it longer than the recommended time for initial set up. When plugged into my pc I can adjust all the settings but when I try to turn it on for use it gives me the battery isn't charged error light combination

1. Does not record audio! Spects may suggest it does but due to US regulations it can't.2. Motion detection capability means it will record any motion; but if there is one second of stillness the camera will stop recording.3. Requires the micros SD card be a 4-10 class card! Doesn’t say so on the website, have to call tech support to find out.4. Even if you follow all of the setting recommendation, there’s a good chance you will still get a grainy picture and a choppy video (no matter what video resolution or frame rate you use).5. Use VLC player; but sometimes the video file won’t play and it won’t tell you why.My experience with this product was disappointing and exhausting. After I discovered the camera was only saving 16 seconds of a 3-minute recording, I called tech support to figure out the problem. An hour later, having gone in circles trying to troubleshoot the issue, tech support still couldn’t tell me what the problem was. They did however enlighten me about the motion detection and SD information I mentioned above. Overall, my main problem with this product is that if something does go wrong, it’s not an easy device to fix and the technical support at Brickhouse is not helpful.

Does what it supposed to do. Video quality is good. Very easy to hide. Had some issues with the motion detection. But overall good piece of equipment.

The documentation provided by Brickhouse was very incomplete. I had to call their support line 5 or 6 times to get the camera to operate it in the way I intended to use it. This process took nearly a month and I still have questions that should be, be are not addressed in the documentation. On the positive side their technical support was responsive to my questions and the camera appears to be working as advertised.

Item as described, wasn't impressed or disappointed beyond the product description and answered questions. It does not have very good quality in low light, but reading the questions before purchasing, you'll already know this. The battery will last 10 hours in motion detect mode and record continuous for 2 hours. The software provided at the links listed in the owner manual are very easy to use, plug it into the computer, change your settings, watch your videos, delete, charge, and you're ready to go.
