Not a bad tool but it does wear
I purchased this diamond cutter to open up the vertical mortar joints on a wall I'm pointing. Some of the original joints were virtually none existing soe were about 8mm. As I was finishing off with a 10mm pointing trowel I needed a tool that fitted the angle grinder to open up the joints. This has worked really well although there is some wear on the tool as can be seen in the photo.however as the tool is 50mm long and I'm removing 20-30mm of the old mortar (as per building regs for re-pointing) it isn't a problem. The wear has occurred due to the high temperature generated buy some of the harder bricks. Also, the flats slot for my adjustable wrench was too tight so I had to file the tool to allow it to be nipped up in the grinder. I would recommend this tool.

good for tilers
great little tool for a tiler & is always in the top of my tool bag ,i don't use it that often but it does come in very handy some times with minor adjustments to holes in tiles & smoothing edges where you've used your snips say for example around a 4" toilet pipe or around an extractor fan hole just in case the sparky starts crying like a girl when you've made the hole a little snug for his liking lol

Fab little tool
Ground out several smooth curves and pipe holes in biscuit tile with no issues using my angle grinder and this bit. Quite slow on the curves if removing lots of material, but much easier than trying to do intricate cuts with a tile nipper. For speed, you can rough out with the tile nipper, and then finish/smooth with this guy.Remember to keep cuts lubricated with water to flush away material and prevent overheating. Still got plenty more life in the bit because I kept it lubricated.

very usefull for opening up holes
great tool for opening up holes slightly in tiles , only down side is if used on a high speed grinder it can chip the edges , used on a variable speed grinder at slower speeds stops chips happening and seems to work a lot better
