It's exactly what I needed and it's doing what it's supposed to do. It took a month to arrive but coming from Germany, that's expected. And in times like this one can't complain. Make sure you're at home when it arrives because it comes registered and you have to sign it or leave a written notice that they can leave it at your door. The USPS delivery guy said he wouldn't knock on the door to deliver it because people would open the door without a mask.

Great as expected. Was delivered pretty fast. I'm not sure why so many complain about the cap or drops. My 10 year old did it just fine, it's not rocket science.

The product was what I ordered and arrived quickly. I haven't opened it yet but going on past performance it will be just fine.

I had been using a domestic brand that I had various issues with so I wanted to try a different source. I have much more confidence in the quality and purity of this product than that other one I had used.However I have a real problem with the caps. Firstly, they are really hard to unscrew, and once I get them off, there's liquid on my fingers.Secondly, it is impossible to control the amount that comes out at a time. The instructions clearly state to use one drop of each for a liter of water, but I can't consistently get a drop out. Usually there is a sort of smidge that is hanging on the edge of the inner dispenser, which isn't enough. To get a full drop I have to shake or manipulate the bottle, and then maybe one drop comes out, or maybe two. Either way, I end up with more than one drop.I've taken out the inner dispenser so I can use a glass dropper to take out a single drop at a time. I would swap the outer cap also except the size I have doesn't fit. I'm hoping I can find something that fits and will work better. I don't want to transfer to different bottles, I'm bound to spill some in the process.

I like everything about this product from packaging, leak proof, perfect size.Everything from this company should be made available IMO.

I have obtained the chlorine dioxide at around 3,000 ppm after the second activation of reagents as per prescription --as corroborated by a testing strip for ClO2Will reorder now. This seems to be a super competitive price for the quality of product and packaging.
