This is it. Finally. A brush that makes detangling my shih tzu poodle's fur easy and fast and a pleasure for us both. After trying so many other brushes I'm glad I decided to suck it up and spend the money for this one. It's more than worth the expense. The cushion that holds the bristles has just the right amount of give. The bristles are smooth and glide through tangles with unbelievable ease. The weight, build quality, and size are just right for both larger areas and small without hand, arm, or wrist fatigue. Loose hairs that catch in the bristles clean off easily. And, most importantly, my dog doesn't at all mind me using it on him. He has always hated being brushed. This brush doesn't seem to bother him, and we've gotten into a two-minute-long daily grooming routine that allows me to keep him tangle free and handsome. In short, the brush works amazingly well, is a pleasure to use, and well worth the cost. I should probably also mention that we've been using the brush for 10 months now. Just to make you folks aware that I'm not writing this right after taking it out of the box or something. 😊

This was my first Chris Christensen dog brush purchase and it has taught me the importance of finding the correct brush for the job at hand. Deciding to add it to my shopping cart, along with the two other C.C. brushes I bought at the same time, was really difficult as these brushes were not inexpensive! I was pleased to discover that at least it performed as promised. Mats, with this brush and a light application of de-matting spray & patience, were very much easier for me to remove and much less uncomfortable for my pup. I did not know until this experience how much of a difference a simple brush could make! This brush is also beautifully made. I love the feel and look of the wood base & handle, and the pins are indeed fatter than normal & rounded, not at all sharp or scratchy. (the secret to this brush's effectiveness!) I am confident it will last a very long time. I am happy to have it & my pup loves his brushing sessions!

I finally found a brush that works great ❣️ My girl would cringe and bite at every brush I have tried. Always sounding like ripping her fur❣️ Even with brushing spray. This brush really is the best of the best❣️ No more biting or cringing. The quality of this brush is amazing. It’s a little more then most, but soooo worth it❣️ And used with the brushing spray, it just glides through her fur❣️ I can brush more often, because she doesn’t mind it❣️ I would highly recommend ❣️I have noticed less mats.

Great brush! I use it before a slicker brush and buttercomb since it is gentle but effective. Gets most tangles out and fluffs coat.

Finally! The last brush I will need to buy my long coat Havanese dog. Her coat right now is about 8 inches (20 cm) at the longest areas. I can brush down to the skin without making my dog uncomfortable. The teeth on the brush are well spaced, perfectly thick and dull at the points to be gentle on the dog, and does a thorough job detangling her hair. This has not been true with other brushes since her coat is part silk and part cotton. With this brush and a 003 butter comb, I can do everything I necessary to care for her coat in a way that is stress free for both of us. I can do a more thorough brush in less time than my old pin brush allowed. It costs a lot but has been worth it when I see my dog happily falling asleep during grooming time.

Good quality. Very solid brush. Works really well on my Old English Sheepdogs coat.

I normally don’t write reviews. But this brush is AWESOME and worth the price. Actual buying another one. I haven’t doodle and tried many brushes. Finally I have found one.

How did it take years to find this brush? I’ve got CC slickers galore (coral Big G is AMAZING), CC wooden pin brushes, a Mars Coat King. This brush is great for first run while blow drying, switching around before and after brushing out. My dog loves it. It feels good and makes a difference. My male Cavalier King Charles Spaniel has a long, heavy coat prone to tangles and more serious matting. This brush is a top tool in my arsenal. If you don’t already have them, CC butter combs and Big G are the other superstars.

Une de mes brosses favorite pour mon spitz nain. 46euro c'est certe très cher la brosse mais elle est de qualité et n'abime pas le poil. Elle est faite pour le brossage général, a fignoler et mieux démeller avec un peigne après le passage de cette brosse.

War sehr skeptisch ,wie eine eigentlich simpel aussehende Bürste so gut sein soll .Nach den ersten Anwendungen aber bin ich begeistert. Das Fell unseres Briard lässt sich sehr leicht bürsten, kleine Kletten sind kein Problem. Auch der Hund hält hier super still ,kein Geziepe mehr. Der Preis ist berechtigt !!!
