Alot to swallow!
So i Give this product a three due to the fact that the pills are huge! I usually dont mind huge pill sizes however these pills are intimidating to swallow from time to time. Other than that, it does take a while to see some rests and they vary from person to person. I noticed a slight difference however im not nessesarily done with both bottles. I will update once i finish both bottles :)

Only gave 4 stars cause they are hard to swallow
Besides the four pills every night may have something to do with that. I think this collagen is good. Just wish they were a little smaller. I would recommend but am letting you know the size is my only complaint.
