Clearer and brighter.
Toyota dealer wanted to charge be $75 for one license plate bulb replacement. Not happening. Changed it in about five minutes and save a few bucks. It’s much clearer and brighter than the original Toyota bulb. I’m not sure how long it will last, but at this price.

Not as expected. An Honest Review. Please Read.
I was relatively dissapointed when I compared these new LED bulbs to the stock incandescents provided in my 2016 Honda Fit LX. Let me explain:First the Pros:1) These lights are well manufactured and fit well into each socket that used a T10 bulb (map, dome, and interior trunk light in my case).2) These lights were inexpensive and good quality for the price.3) The little platic pry tool was a nice touch (a flat head screw will work just as well but may scratch).4) They do not heat up and likely (I say likely because I have no reference measurements) use less power. Now the Cons:1) THEY ARE NOT ANY BRIGHTER!I used to work at a light bulb store so here is my take: This product is being falsely advertised as brighter where in fact the only difference is what we in industry call 'color temperature' or 'warmth'. The 'brightness is almost identical.Brightness is measure of how much light is produced - this is measured in lumens. Both the stock bulbs from my vehicle and these LED's seem to be around 200 Lumens (pretty dim). The only ground for they're statement would be if a reflector was placed behind the bulb, such that the multiple diodes could be better directed, but even then they still wouldn't produce any additional significant amount light.Color temperature is a measure of color from warm to cool, warm being more orange and cool being more white or even a light blue (daylight) - this factor is measured with k. For example 2700k being a typical measurement of a warm reading lamp incandescent bulb, and 6000k being the measure of a daylight bulb for say a bathroom setting. The LED's color temperature is correctly advertised at around 6000k, a very white light, whereas my stock bulbs are around 3000k.I have provided some pictures to illustrate the difference (my camera doesn't do it justice but you'll have to take my word for it). On the left map dome light is the stock, on the right is the Yorkim LED. The second image is both bulbs on, third image is just the left stock on, and the fourth is just the LED on.2) Depending on the make and model of your vehicle you may need to pry around the metal or plastic bulb housing to get them to fit, but it was not an issue for me and took thirty seconds at most to install a bulb.Summary: These bulbs are great if you are looking for a whiter alternative, but not good if you want to see better. I reccommend going to an autoparts store in the evening and buying a few, trying them out in the parking lot and then returning the ones that do not fit your needs.
