The M BRACE RCA is simple: it provides a functional approach to wrist-related problems by supporting the normal structure of the wrist, allowing the body to heal itself. The cumbersome "medieval" excesses of traditional braces have been stripped away, reducing the M BRACE RCA to one that supports the carpal tunnel without debilitating constriction and immobilization. It allows for normal user activity to continue without the burden of pain. This means healing actually takes place even while the user continues to engage in the work or leisure activities which may have brought about Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) symptoms in the first place. The M BRACE RCA maintains the normal U-shape of the carpal tunnel without compressing it, so that median nerve irritation is minimized and healing may commence. By allowing expansion and retraction without interference, the resultant irritation within the carpal tunnel is effectively limited. Finally, the device allows for full flexibility of the wrist, promoting rehabilitation of the soft tissue structure within from passive use. The brace is also effective in preventing structural fatigue which may result in CTS. Well over 20,000 units have been prescribed by Doctors of Chiropractic nationwide over the past 20 years. The M BRACE RCA (U.S. Patent 5,385,537) is a lightweight 1-1/4 inch wide by 3-1/2 inch plastic Carpal Tunnel wrist support brace with a Velcro-brand attachment strap. The M BRACE RCA is one of the only products that satisfies the requirement of a truly effective support for CTS. It is affordable and comfortable for the user, permitting complete mobility during use. The M BRACE RCA, backed by the Money-Back Guaranty, is the best therapeutic solution available and is also a viable preventative, making it a true revolution in the prevention and treatment of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome!

back buying more (2 more)
I bought one of these about a year ago. I have terrible carpal tunnel which started as numbness and went into pain. I have been reluctant to get the surgery. I wore three other types of "full hand/wrist glove" braces when I went to bed for about 3 years. I bought one of these and it pretty much eliminated my symptoms. I only had one and had to switch hands all the time. I stopped wearing it because I was free of pain for about 5 months (first time in like 5 years). It is back in both hands and this time I am buying two. Now, the directions SUCK! And if you are wearing it wrong, it hurts. And it is friggin crazy how expensive it is for one, considering it is made of cloth and plastic. But I am buying two more, my old one is about falling off cause of the Velcro.Basically the curved plastic goes underneath on the wrist. It works because the "V" shape literally opens up the carpal tunnel going from the hand into the arm. Try to picture the "V" spreading the opening underneath when you put it on and then you will know you have it right. People, this is an amazing product and a lot of money but worth it in every way. It is the only relief I have found. (and i used to get steroid injections in both carpal tunnels and weekly ones in my forearms.

The "M" Stands for Miracle
I have suffered from CTS for many years as a transcriber. My fingers have been so numb that I have had to stop working many times in one day to do either hand stretching, home ultrasound, heat/ice therapy, medications--things that help, but have never completely alleviated the pain and numbness. I've had this wrist support device on for about six hours and I'm ABSOLUTELY FLOORED that I have no pain or numbness whatsoever in my hand and fingers (it went away within the first hour of having it on). I'm completely amazed and recommend this product to everyone who suffers from RCA, hands down (pun intended). Wish I had tried this before I had spent so much money on other products. I am ordering another one for my left wrist. I've found it helpful to try it in a few different areas on my hand/arm depending upon the task. For the first time in many years, I've been able to sit at my PC and do my work, so far for six hours in a row (and was able to apply my makeup) without taking breaks to allow the feeling to come back into my hands and fingers. It's such a refreshing change to find a product that does exactly what it claims.

It works!
I am not sure how, but it does help a great deal. I've waited several months to be sure other things weren't accounting for the pain relief. When I use it on a regular basis it prevents flare ups. When I get complacent and don't use it and have a major flare up, I can put it on and get nearly instant relief and can continue using my wrist without experiencing the sharp, intensive stabbing pain.My carpal tunnel has been intense for 6-7 years. Braces the orthopedic doctor prescribed kept my wrists awkward and unusable and were awful to try to sleep in. They did nothing to improve the pain when off and surgery too often doesn't appear to succeed long term. Your muscles need to be used. This simple device allows me to use my wrists with little restriction.A 4 instead of 5 only because I need to wear something with a long sleeve so that it doesn't irritate my skin. If there were an effective way to soften the edge and line it, it would be a 5. It is well worth trying and much cheaper than the wrist braces or thinking about something as drastic and irreversible as surgery.

Carpal Tunnel
This thing came in a really old looking box as if it came off the shelf of a store and has been sitting there for ages since the 70s and when we opened the box it looked so simple and dumb as if it was just one of those as seen on TV kind of cheap gimmicks that dont work. But my girlfriend has found this VERY helpful nin relieving her pains with carpal tunnel and whatever this thing does it relieves the tension I guess and presses onto all the right points. ( she uses the computer for work a lot , if that helps )One thing to notice though is that it was not very clear how to properly use this brace and we found out how to use it based on watching onlien videos or just fumbling around with it for a bit.If you or anyone you know experiences these pains I would suggest giving this a try, it wont hurt.

Its expensive not sure it works
I have 2 other wrist support gloves, they are ok, but they limited my movement badly. This one is so small, it allows me to write, type, play guitar, even eat without having to take it off.Its simplistic: a hard plastic with 100* angle, strapped to the wrist with velcro. Its put on the inside of the wrist(thumb side). The pressure it makes seems to work as good as the conventional big wrist guards. Will update in a few months.Update:After 2 weeks of continued use, it seems more like a placebo to me. At first there is a hype and psicologically i felt better. But then the pain continued with it on...I put back my old full support wrist glove and it feels much better.I cant say it doesnt work. But it is definitely too expensive for what it is.

M brace RCA
I've been a hairdresser for a long time and have had carpal tunnel surgery already, as well as 3 other procedures on my right hand. my carpal tunnel has returned in my right hand and also in my left. I bought these (one for each wrist) in hopes to keep my carpal tunnel from getting worse and avoiding surgery. I use them every day at work and am very happy, my hands don't swell and when I get home I'm not in pain. My only dislike about them is the strap. I'm in water many times a day, shampooing, and the straps get wet and don't dry fast. I trimmed the velcro down so it fits inside the lower edge of the fastener. It was rubbing and causing irritation, but trimming them narrower has solved that problem.I will continue to wear these every day. I'm a very happy customer.
