It makes water fountain water tasty. Some water from a water fountain at airports, etc., tastes awful, but this bottle makes even that type of water taste like the bottled water we buy. The stainless bottle also keeps water cold for a long time, like Yeti. The bottle is also slender enough to go inside most of the cupholders and backpack side pockets. Great buy. I am very happy with the purchase.

This is my second brita filter bottle, my other is the larger 32oz model, and I love these things. I got the smaller one too as it is a bit lighter to carry when I don't need the larger capacity. Even when I leave this thing in the sun and the exterior of hot to the touch, the water inside stays cool which is awesome. I've never noticed an off flavor to the water, and the customer service through brita is unmatched. They have sent me replacement silicone mouthpieces when I went to long without cleaning mine, and even refunded my money when I broke the lid on my year and a half old bottle from dropping it to many times. I will be a customer for life with these. We all need to do our best to reduce exposure to chemicals from plastics and tainted water and this is an incredible way to do just that

Like: it’s a Britta filter bottle. It’s cup holder friendly and has a handle. It’s not so large so I can carry it at recess duty without tiring. I like that it’s stainless so less worry about plastic - there is still some but it’s less than the hardbody plastic bottle Britta carries. Straw is easy to drink from.Cons: it doesn’t allow for pouring filtered water like a Britta jug would. If you are looking for that option (say, so you can make shakes or a baby’s formula with the water on the go) get a sport bottle from Britta. Small mouth, so my ice maker can’t get the ice in. I have to drop ice in by hand. The inner straw does drip water out when you take it out; be sure to shake out the water before removing the entire straw.Bottom line? It’s a good filter water bottle. Convenient. Quality. Good price. I would buy it again and am considering buying some as gifts.

This is a great waterbottle. It's decently insulated, and has a built in filter. I can fill it up, put in an ice cube or two and have ice cold water to drink at any time.Downsides: It's a bit small. 20 oz sounds big, but if you're going to be carrying water around, it empties fairly quick. 32 or 40 oz would have been much better. The filtration happens as the water moves up the straw, so it's only moderately effective. You'll still be able to taste your tap water. I don't have a clue how to fix that without compromising carrying capacity.Overall it's really good, but definitely should have been bigger.

Love this bottle for taking places. Metal is cooled in refrig before going places and stays cold for a while. Easy carrying handle.

This was a replacement bottle for the one my son lost. I originally bought them for our trip to Disney world. And used them again for Disneyland a couple years later. They work great for vacations and not having to buy expensive bottled water. At Disney you get free ice so fill up at a refill station and add some ice. The bottles pay for themselves on one trip like that. I use the bottles for when I travel and will need refills. For everyday where I have a good water source I use a different one that I like the straws on better.

Bottle works well and has been holding up well. The only thing that would make it better is if there was less plastic in the straw part.

I wss able to drink about 80% of the water without issue. Simply could not suck up the rest. Filter seems fine, nothing is blocking the straw. Still trying to work the problem.
