Golf VISA Mens +1" TALL GRAPHITE & STEEL Club Set & Stand Bag

I am not a beginner. I have played golf for almost 40 years. My swing has slowed but I know the game. These are good clubs. Those who have broke them either are not swinging correctly or they are advanced enough that the velocity of their swing is too much for the material. For almost everyone else, these clubs are a great deal. A 1&3 driver, 2 hybrids in place of the toughest two irons to hit, and then the 5-PW plus a Putter. I think it is funny that some took off a star because it didn't include a sandwedge. For this price? Do you want a year of green fees too? The faces are oversized with large sweet spots. It is good for those who are not that accurate, older golfers, and yes, beginners. If you really have to go and measure these professionally to see if the are a half or a full inch longer, go spend $600 and get fitted for clubs. Don't criticize these and demand your money back. Eleven clubs, a bag, and covers Just know these are longer and are great for taller players (I'm 6'3"). It is a good value.

These clubs are very nice looking and of good quality. I've used these clubs 7 times within the past 2 weeks, and I've had no problems with them. My golf game has improved significantly. These clubs really are one inch longer than a standard size set of golf clubs. I am 6ft3 and the club length feels just right to me. The only reason I'm giving these clubs a 4 out of 5 start rating is because the set does not come with a sand wedge. The golf bag is very nice looking and is holding up great so far. Also, these clubs come with club covers. You will find them in the side zipper pouch on the golf bag. I would recommend these clubs to anyone. Great buy at a great price!

I was wanting to wait to give this review until I took them on the course but I have been hitting Birdie balls when the weather clears a few times so I have been able to get a feel for them. They arrived in a brown box so if your wanting to surprise someone you will be ok there. When I opened the package they arrived individually wrapped with no problems and they had club covers for the drivers and hybrids as well as a bag cover for storage. I haven't hit the drivers yet but the irons and wedges hit great and I have been getting some pretty good distance with the birdie balls. I've hit a few with the hybrids and they hold up really well. As I get a chance to take this on the course I will adjust my review if needed but as of right now I am really happy with them. The drivers and hybrids are definently long enough and i'm 6:3 the irons, wedge and putter I'm honestly not sure about I sold my last flea market set a few years ago so I have nothing to compare them to. Long story short if your looking into getting into the game and wanting to buy a set that wont break the bank go for this set!

After taking my first golf lesson this past July 2012 I decided to get myself a set of clubs and start playing regularly. I purchased the Palm Springs Golf Visa set as I'm 6'3" and was advised to get a +1 set. I've been bit by the golf bug and played over a dozen rounds and more than 2 dozen driving range visits since purchase and must say these clubs have held up well so far. I inspected the set when first received for any material or workmanship defects and found none. The clubs were indeed +1 shaft length as compared to my son's standard set of another brand. I play regularly with friends who've been playing for 25+ years and I must say these clubs hold their own; only my initial learning curve has held me back. The bag has held up well so far without any defects from wear or tear. Now that I've played some I do wish that a this company would have available a +1 SW and LW to complete the set. I would definitely recommend this set to anyone starting out.

Clubs came today. The Driver has a damaged finish as well as 9 iron.

My husband was considering picking up the sport of golf. We didnt want to spend much on a set that would just end up sitting in the garage (which is mostly what it has done). This set was very affordable, but looks nice. Great set to have around if you are only going to be using it a few times a year. We also liked that this set had taller clubs (as my husband is 6'6"). The set seems to be a good length for him.

Very happy with the new clubs. I love the extra length. Great price, good clubs. I would however like to have a 5 wood and a sand wedge included with the set.
