Although I addressed Dr. Barbara Hendel Relief Tablets (for) Leg Cramp primarily for nighttime useage, I want to say this is the BEST product before going to bed if you generally anticipate cramps while sleeping or any other time you unexpectedly feel you are about to be tortured by a cramp. I have muscle cramps in my hands and legs from neuropathy. A friend told me about this and it works great, but it drops my blood pressure. My doctor told me any muscle relaxant will do that, so it isn't anything against this product. I'm giving it to my friend.

As the heading says, they didn't improve my cramps one single bit. I have taken 2-3 tablets per day for a week; and I'm still having leg and foot cramps every night. Also, be advised that these tablets are supposed to be dissolved under your tonged (or in your mouth), not swallowed. The tablets are rather hard and take several minutes to dissolve. Even if they did help relieve my cramps, the time it take for them to dissolve is entirely too long.
