Q: Why did it arrive not chilled? Are all the probiotics dead now?

We don't have to ship it chilled. We only suggest you store it cold so it will last a lot longer... even 2 years. Cultures don't go bad over time, they just might get a bit weaker and you use a bit more. Cultures thrive and grow in heat like when you make the yogurt.

Amount of product isn’t with the price!

Haven’t used it to make yogurt yet as it fainnaly just arrived, so now we have to go buy more raw goats milk someday. Anyway I don’t think this Tiny amount is worth the cost, especially the high shipping cost added to the price.Just my two cents worth. Very disappointing to remove all the packaging to find a tiny contain.
