After everything that can go wrong with an order does, it really makes a difference which company is behind it. I have little doubt that my satisfaction was more important then the cost of repeatedly shipping parts that the carriers would destroy despite meticulous packing. I hope it comes across how much I appreciate a company who stays in contact while making everything right and I will consequently reward them with repeat business. That said, the best service only matters if the product is solid and I can’t say enough about the positive features of this fixture. It’s bright, it’s silent, and it is cold to the touch. I'm very happy with these lights! Originally I purchased one 4 foot, 4 bulb fixture. I liked it so much I ordered another. This company ships super fast! I had product in hand the second day after I placed the order. (I do live close to where they are located). There will be no more paying a high price for lights and having the ballast fail. I highly recommend the 'Active Grow' company.

I am impressed with the quality of this LED light fixture. It is made to last. Comes with 4 - T8 LED light tubes with protective plastic covers on the metal prongs for shipping. Be sure to remove the plastic, protective covers off the prongs on the light tubes when installing the light tubes. The careful packaging the light kit was delivered in was very well done. It has two light switches so you can choose to have all 4 tubes on at once or just two at a time. I had questions about installing the light tubes the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this light and will be ordering another for my microgreens and hydroponic gardening.PC from Wy

I raise orchids and other flowering and unusual plants. This summer I replaced all my old T12s and T8s with these LED fixtures. Plants that I thought were gonners suddenly developed new growth and others started to bloom. These lights don't blink or may noise like the fluorescents did. They also stay cool in all this summer heat. The plants and I love these lights! I highly recommend!

I bought this light almost a year ago and it is a great light! It is very bright. I needed a light to overwinter some pepper plants and it has good coverage. Active Grow also has excellent customer service. I would definitely buy lights from them again!

I use this light for my orchid collection in my bathroom and am surprised and thrilled with how much better it performs compared to the other LED panels I have been using. The sunlight color is wonderful and in just one month, several orchids not blooming for a full year, now have spikes. I'm very pleased.

This fixture works perfectly. Active Grow has excellent customer service. I was disappointed upon initial arrival, since one of the tubes was broken. But the issue was very quickly resolved by the excellent customer service department. I had the replacement 3 days later.
