An easy-to-use, versatile, low-cost option to improve your cheek weld!
After continuing inconsistencies in my precision shooting, I determined that my cheek weld on my rifles was lacking. I took to Amazon to check out what options existed to remedy the cheek weld issue. What I didn't want to do was alter my rifle stocks in any way, like drilling holes through them, etc. That's when I found the TOURBON Black EVA Foam Cheek pad on Amazon. I liked the variety in heights offered with this 3-pack, figuring that I'd be able to utilize them on the different rifles I shoot. The TOURBON Black EVA Foam Cheek pad are customizable, in that they can be cut to whatever desired length. I found them to be too chunky to slip under a stock pack - I actually bought one to try out with these cheek combs, but had to return the stock pack, because it couldn't fit the rigid and chunky TOURBON Black EVA Foam Cheek pad. Instead, I affixed the custom-cut cheek comb to my stock with packaging tape, and then used camouflage self-adhering equine wrap to cover up the taped cheek comb. The end result was just excellent! A nice, snug, PERFECTLY-ADJUSTED cheek weld for my rifles. The steadiness and consistency it added to my shooting produced a huge improvement in my shot groups and hunting success. I was so pleased with the TOURBON Black EVA Foam Cheek pad that I went out and bought another TWO 3-packs, and applied them to my long and shot guns. Again, for the price, and with a few extra low-cost items (packaging tape; equine wrap), the serious shooter can get a Class-A cheek weld on any rifle. Highly recommended!!

Does the job, three height choices, worth the price
worked great to raise the comb height of a Rossi R92 lever rifle.used golf grip tape to better fasten this piece of foam onto top of stock.Appreciate the 3 height options included.

Easy enough to cut to size, would look nicer if I had a hot knife though.
Overall 5 stars, the three heights allowed me to dial in the exact amount of cheek rise I needed for my PRS rifle (I ended up using the middle height, I believe 1/2") Granted, it doesn't look pretty, and it won't make the PRS shooters at my local matches swoon, but function over form is my preference anyways.Comfort wise, it's a piece of hard-ish foam, you'll get what you expect from it. I have yet to shoot with it, but it is solid enough my eye position is consistent every time I mount the rifle, so that's ideal. It's not going to be super squishy, but it's softer than the plastic cheepiece it's glued to, and that wasn't painful under recoil. Shouldn't beat up your cheek during a long session.Otherwise the foam looks fine, the finish cuts from the factory are clean and these look great. If you have a pouch cheek rest these will accomodate those pretty well, and for my install I ended up just super gluing it to my cheek riser. Did the cutting with a sharp pair of scissors.Only complaint is I should have picked up a hot knife before I cut this, it would have looked a lot nicer along the front edge, but again, function first for me.

If they fit ok but rarely so
The concept is good, the execution is ok but the biggest problem is that the inside curvature doesn't fit very many stocks. The pads are either to shallow or too wide to fit securely on top of the stock even when using double stick 3m tape or any adhesive for that matter. You can cut these to length rather easily using a mitre saw, they cuts are very clean and can be made to look factory but getting them to fit most stocks is going to be difficult if you want a smooth looking install. You are far better off just getting some funny foam pads from a hobby crafts store and layering them to get just the right height and effect you want. Even some of the water pipe insultation (the kind that is split down the middle) will work as well if not better. It is possible to use a dremel tool with a sanding bit ot even a dowel and sandpaper to change the inside curve but it's a hassle. For what you get, the price is rather expensive.

Comb adjustment rubber
There is not much I can say but these allowed me to raise my comb the height I wanted. I had a leather cover already to give me a recoil pad so I just found one of these that I needed to raise the comb to the height I wanted. Worked perfect and saved me ordering a complete unit. These are good quality will do the job.

Use self adhesive bandage tape
This works great if you secure it with self adhesive medical tape. Cut the foam to fit your stock, tightly wrap it in any color self adhesive tape you want. At $20 total (tape included), his solution is the best value, makes no permanent alterations to your stock, requires no tools, is rock solid, and does not look terrible. I will also cover the whole thing with a slip-on D.O.P.E card sleeve, which hides the tape anyway.
