Product works as advertised.As others have stated, the battery case is very hard to open initially but once opened, it's easy on/off.Don't know if this will affect it's waterproof properties but I'm being told that it's working great.Will give an update after a month or so.

I love how clean this helps my face get!! My black heads have noticeably shrunk since I started using it! The larger attachments don't seem to always work for how small the motor is. But the small face ones work wonderfully and that's what I was after so I am a happy camper!

You need strong hands to open the battery door, but the item is wonderful once the batteries are in place. And the large brush makes your skin feel wonderful - just don't press too hard, you'll hurt yourself!
