Its a little difficult to adjust the size (which takes away one star), but otherwise great weight and grip for continued use

I’ve used better quality speed rope. It’s not very convenient.

Horrible..... just HORRIBLE.
The rope is horrible. I have 5 yrs + experience in jump rope and have always avoided the rubber ropes. This was not mentioned in the description. The rope is wiggly and when u go too fast hurts like a bitch if u miss a jump. Not recommended. Buy the nike speed rope instead. Ordered that last time and it was the best.
