These MERV 8 filters are a great balance of quality and value. They trap dust, pet dander, and pollen really well, and I noticed less sneezing and fewer particles floating around within a couple of days of swapping them in. The actual size fits perfectly (19.75"x19.75"x0.75"), and the 6-pack makes it easy to stay on top of replacements without last-minute trips to the store. They’re durable, don’t sag, and airflow stays consistent — no strain on the HVAC system. If you have pets, allergies, or just want cleaner indoor air without spending a fortune, these are a solid choice.

Reasonable price, work great

I recently switched to this Simply 6-pack because the prices for single filters at big-box hardware stores have become unreasonable. For the cost per unit, this set offers incredible value without cutting corners on quality. The actual dimensions (13.75" x 23.75") were spot-on for my intake vent. They slid in easily with a snug fit, preventing any whistling or air bypass. The cardboard frames are sturdy and hold their shape well, even when the system is running on high. As far as performance, the MERV 8 rating is the sweet spot for my home. We have a golden retriever, and these filters effectively trap dander and dust without restricting airflow or straining the HVAC motor like denser filters can.

Quality filters, works great, easy to handle, filters great, fits perfect. Air quality definitely improved. These are throw away but the seal great.

Affordable, works as advertised. I don't really feel a need to buy a super expensive one since I'm replacing these semi monthly any way. I find that it works as well as some of the other more expensive ones. The Merv rating appears to be accurate as well. I've tried higher ones that made it more difficult for our house to cool and this one works as other 8's that I've used.

Ordinarily, air conditioning filters do not stand out to me and I'm usually looking for the best deal to get the job done. When I found these filters, the price was right especially for including six filters in the pack. Past that, I did not have many expectations. It is hard to make an air filter stand out but Simply did it. The box was marked Breathe Simply with a clear banner on both sides stating that they are American made and produced with domestic materials. Also included on both the box and the individual filters is their phone number and email. This may not sound like a lot but customer service is not always a guaranteed and this company seems to encourage it. The other extras on the individual filters that caught my eye aside from the stand air flow arrow was a box to write the filter install date (genius) as well as a QR code for deals and discounts and a QR code for filter change reminders. Aside from that, the filters look well-made and I am sure will work just as intended. The filters made me want to visit the Simply Store to see what else the company offers.

These are exactly what I was looking for, which has been very hard to locate at my local hardware stores. The 6 pack is nice too so I dont have to re-order very often
