The material is nice. They are very thick
These run VERY small. Only covers about half my booty. The material is nice. They are very thick. Soft. The pattern is cute. Only problem is the fit. You would be a 4x if you were a 1x.

Not high waist, but low rise.
I have oodles of leggings & these I can honestly say run small. The waist seems like low rise. I ended up giving them to my daughter & she loves them.
