I've been using it during the last 2 weeks and it works great. I usually get quite a few ingrown hairs on my legs, specially after I shave them, and after reading the description of the product it seemed to match what I was looking for, so I decided to give it a go. After around 2 weeks of using it my ingrown hairs are gone.

I purchased this due to the positive reviews.The product arrived quickly which was impressive. As for the lotion I personally felt like it was just applying water to my skin. I have tried Tend Skin and numerous other Ingrown hair products and the others all tended to sting on application, with this product I did not feel anything. The Tend skin however I find too strong and if you apply too much it burns the skin which causes inflammation. I also hoped it was going to work as well as Moore Unique Razor Burn Relief which has worked best in my experience but it’s not sold in the UK which is disappointing. As for this product it’s very gentle on the skin so I feel you would have to use it for quite a while to see any results.I see the company offer a 30 day refund but as it’s such a low priced product returning it is not worth all the time it would take to package it up. It was worth a try but it did not wok for me but that does not mean others will not find it an excellent product that produces the results the product claims to offer.

I started using this product 1 week ago and the result was almost instantaneous. I had a place on my neck with lots of ingrown hair that was always very sore. After a few days the pain stopped and all the ingrown hair is gone. The product also makes the skin more hydrated and smooth. One thing that I also liked is the size of the bottle, for people like me that always had this problem is very helpful to know that you have lots of lotion to use everytime you need.

I have taken my time in reviewing this product. I use it on my neck to prevent ingrown hairs and razor bumps . I have found that it is effective and would recommend.

So annoyed by this product. I'm starting to wonder if the other reviews are legit. It's hard to apply as it's as thin as water and you end up using so much so that the area gets something. It's been about a week or just over and I see nothing. Absolutely nothing. I am trying to get my money back (it states 30 day money back guarantee) but it's so difficult to get hold of them. It's as if they know. So so so disappointed. I ended up spending nearly £18 all together after postage. Total rip of. Save your money!!

Great value for money, easy to use and sorted ingrown hairs after a few days.. brilliant stuff.

Does nothing for ingrowing hair using for over a month now!

The packaging of this product was stylish, and the bottle was a nice size - there was plenty of lotion! I’ve only used it a couple of times so far, but the discomfort around the ingrown hairs has reduced and I can see that they are starting to be eliminated! It has a nice scent and I would definitely recommend this product.
