Why don’t i receive what i ordered??!! i order what you advertised, and received a 25lb. bag instead. what is the problem here??!!

I would complain because there is an option for the 25 pound bag. There is a reason we order the 4 bags instead.

You say it’s 4 bags but a lot of customers only got one. How do I ensure that I get 4 bags?

I ordered the 4 - 3.15lb. bags, for $22.80. I was charged $24.00 plus tax and received ONE 15 pound bag. The shipment came from WALMART, not Amazon. Walmart charges $15.48 for their 15 pound bag here. Seller does not accept refunds or returns. Contacted Amazon Customer Service, who issued a refund and they reported the seller. Buyers need to beware of this seller, as I was told they have bad reviews.

Is this for (4) bags?

NO! When I ordered this, I did so thinking it was 4 bags each weighing 3.5 lbs. BUT NO! I received one (1) bag. When I complained, the seller returned my money and let me keep the one (1) bag I received. As I recall, the seller stated they would revise their advertising to make it less confusing. But, BEWARE. My experience is that you get ONE Bag.
