Well built quality large enough to be useful I like it a lot

Love this haversack. This is a standard flat, waxed canvas haversack. It has one BIG (16 x 16) pocket. The sewing is pretty sturdy. The wax is thick. It was a little bit more expensive than some of the 12X11 ones out there but I wanted it bigger. It has a fold-over top which is what I wanted. I plan on using it for foraging. The only downside is that it is a "flat" construction. Meaning there is a "bottom" at the bottom of the bag. Therefore if you have delicate items in it they could easily get crushed. This is easily fixed however just by folding the bottom corners into the bag and tacking them in as shown in the photos. I used bank line for thread. I would HIGHLY recommend that the seller sell a flat bottom version.

It was exactly what I was looking for. Carrys well, water resistant, flap stays closed. It's a good size to carry my water filter, fire kit, cooking spices, utensils, pan and some odds and ends.

Worth it, high quality item. You won’t be sorry

This was my first haversack, and I was hoping to get a quality product for an entry level price and my expectations have been exceeded. The construction is SOLID, its a great size, and the materials are quality. Don’t think any more about it, buy it. You won’t find a better one.
