100% the best hose nozzle that I have ever owned.
I was skeptical having purchased several from the L word brick and mortar store.Every single one was cheep junk.Wish I would have bought this one a log time ago. Overall I would have saved a bunch of money. Bd trouble.Feels great in the hand, tremendous design. Shoots way out there. Stream is strong, and the rubber seal makes a great solid connection. A+++++++

Go waste your time unless you need a shower
I spent over $25. Thinking this would be a good heavy duty long-lasting nozzle. It lasted about 2 months started leaking all over me out of the trigger out of the nozzle.I tried to send you. Write message but it wouldn't go through the only option. It would give me was the push.Never mind, I'm all set.I came across it again. While I was looking for something and thought I'd try it again and let you know.I'm very disappointed in the matter.Money I spent on this piece of junk.I could have bought plastic ones for7 dollars a piece And then happier sorry I'd like It sucked I wasted my money

Broke within a month.
The first time I used it the spray pressure and pattern was not consistent. Also the trigger was hard to squeeze. Within a month the trigger broke at the top rivet and it was not useable then. The reason I bought a Nelson is I had them in the past and they held up for a reasonable amount of time and at $25.00 it's not the cheapest so I thought I was buying quality.

handles High water pressure
We have a spigot that comes directly from the road with very high pressure. We tried two other nozzles that broke immediately. This one is very durable, comfortable and works great.

Brand confusion - Nelson vs. Gilmour
This style nozzle is a great design overall. Setting it down or dropping accidentally for example doesn't present risk of getting sprayed. I had good luck with the Gilmour branded version for several years until it's weak point within the trigger mechanism failed. Some critical moving parts are made of weak plastics or perhaps nylon. This part prematurely failed dramatically shortening the life of the product. Not aware that the similar appearances were of no coincidence, I searched for similar designs as an alternative to the failed Gilmour and found the Nelson implementation. Upon arrival, it was not as pictured (not branded as Nelson). Instead, it was the Gilmour product. As a result, I paid more for the product as compared to other seller options advertising Gilmour's part. Research into this found a press release from 2014 communicating that both Gilmour and Nelson were acquired by Fiskars. Some brand confusion ensued and apparently remains all these years later. Unfortunately, the latest version still has the same weakness in the trigger mechanism and seems to be challenged by the weight of the spring enabling the higher pressure operation. Overall, it is still a good product. The "weak link", if not present, would make it a great product.

Handle breaks easily!
This is the second spray nozzle that we have bought. I thought maybe the first one was just a fluke that the handle broke so purchased another one and just a few weeks later. It broke also love how it sprays but doesn’t last long.

The best hot water nozzle I have used yet
This nozzle worked very well for me cleaning an awning and storefront for a long time customer. Having a well made product that cuts down on the labor hours of a job is important to any small businessman, and I would estimate this nozzle allowed me to complete the job 30% faster than 3 months ago when I did this work. It handles hot water well, is very adjustable, and is solid in construction and grip-a-bility (lol). The HD version I had broke in the middle of the job last time, I just happened to have 2 with me.This was delivered on time.
