beautifully packed, handles in individual cloth bags to prevent scratches, sturdy box. Handles appear to be high-quality finish and well-made. Also manufacturer was extremely helpful, above and beyond, when I went to them with a small problem of my own making.

The bathroom handle lock bit is too long for the door. I contacted amazon to see what can be done they said they cant even offer a refund for this item so dont bother with it.

The main challenge was that one side,due to poor build quality, was stuck in down position. Good that was tested before installing.Had to put some grease in to spring mechanism which shouldn't be doing as the brand new, decent quality item do not require so. if I wouldn't have proper grease at home..Would be wasted money...

Great design Easy to fit Lockable

Everything was u guy long great bought to replace a bathroom handle after painting the door, literally a straight swap, felt all independent well until it came to the lock! It was way too long and at first I thought I’d done something wrong, which obviously wasn’t the case, I wish I’d read the reviews which is my fault it looks good and was easy to fit just abit disappointing that the lock wasn’t fit for purpose So now i’m on the look out for a smaller bracket or something to cut it with!
